Very cute game, recommended
incredible art + hard but satisfying gameplay + cozy peepoCute
Art and music are incredibly charming. I love this little gnome guy and his animal friends!! Gameplay is pretty challenging but always fair. Lovely little game!!
Took me quite a while finishing the game, but it was worth every minute. Nice music, superb animation, and a lovely little story. Thumbs up!
The visuals were really cute and I love all my animal friends! It was a joy to play, even if I sucked at the boss battles!
Gorgeous art style, great music, short and sweet story. Lots of fun characters/side-story to interact with. Well done fights!
amazing art, lets get that out of the way seem like this game has a loop of hanging out at your home, talking to woodland friends, then going out to fight a boss battle in a little 2d platformer. Every level so far (I've seen 3 levels) bring a new and unique challenge. very charming, though I personally ended up having to rage quit. I might come back in a bit and adjust the difficulty settings Downsides? controls feel very floaty and not at all tight, causing me to sometimes drift off of platforms instead of standing on the edge of it. Also hit boxes feel very strange. Often my hat will miss something in the most fustrating ways (or ping off a pixel of an obstacle) while things hitting my hitbox if it just skims the pixel. There are some bugs and I will probably have to check in the menu if there is a bug report menu. Main problem is Me and Deerly sometimes just vanishing mid running through the beaver dam, so far for 15 seconds at most. The hat still appears but I have to dodge without seeing my platform or sprite, which ends up being really annoying when it kills me.
A pleasant, brief, lovely game. Hyper-challenging if you play traditionally, but even with the helpful "invincible" mode, it still take some participation and effort to complete. Highly recommend for the alluring fabric art style.
challenging game, pretty good art style
The game is fun! I love the paper-cuts!) I wish I could see more stuff like this here!
