Un jeu que je recommande modérément. C'est un bon divertissement mais qui peut être frustrant. Il est court (5-6h) et heureusement car c'est assez répétitif. On sent que le jeu a été fait par une toute petite équipe. En solde, il vous fera passer le temps si vous n'avez rien d'autre à jouer.

I really wanted to like 303 Squadron: Battle of Britain, but unfortunately it ended up being a pretty disappointing experience. First of all, the graphics feel very outdated and lack detail, which makes it hard to get immersed. The gameplay outside of flying doesn’t help either — riding a bicycle around the airfield gets boring very quickly. Seriously, why not at least give the player a motorcycle or something more engaging? Everything in the game feels stiff and unpolished. There are no proper takeoffs or landings, which is a huge missed opportunity for a flight game. The combat itself is frustrating rather than exciting. You constantly collide with both friendly and enemy aircraft, leading to repeated mission restarts. It’s incredibly annoying and kills any sense of flow or enjoyment. On top of that, the radio chatter quickly becomes unbearable. The same lines are repeated over and over again, which just adds to the overall frustration. Also, be careful after finishing a mission: if you click “Continue Mission,” it actually restarts the mission from the beginning. You always have to click back to the airfield instead — which is extremely unintuitive and very annoying. Another frustrating bug that sometimes occurs is that enemy aircraft spawn outside the map. You can’t reach or fight them, and if you try to get closer, your plane is forcibly turned back. The only solution is to restart the mission — again. Overall, the game feels clunky and underdeveloped. The only real positive aspect are the historical elements — the notes and pilot cards you can find are genuinely interesting and add some educational value. Sadly, that’s not enough to save the experience. Very disappointing.

Ich dachte mir mal, das es wieder an der Zeit wäre, sich mal ein gemütliches Arcade WWII Game zu gönnen, da ich Erinnerungen an das PS3 Spiel (Damage Inc. Pacific Squadron WWII) bekam. Hat mir zu der damaligen PS3 Zeiten richtig viel Spaß gemacht und bin dann plötzlich auf diese Game aufmerksam geworden. Die Grafik ist für mich ganz in Ordnung. Hab schon schlimmeres gesehen. Das Flugzeug sieht auch recht ordentlich aus, was das Modell angeht und einen Fetten +Punkt gibt es dafür, das man seine Maschine upgraden kann. Als Beispiel: (Höhere Reichweite auf kosten von Präzision oder aber auch umgekehrt.) Geiler Einfall und zu dem muss man die Konfiguration auch selbst bewerkstelligen, an dem man die ein oder anderen (Alten) Teile abbaut um das jeweilige/gewünschte neue Teil einzubauen und den Flieger wieder am Ende wieder zusammen flickt. ABER: Ganz großes ABER geht an diese verfluchte Steuerung. Also mit Maus & Tastatur ist das für (MICH) die reinste Hölle und beim Controller fang ich am besten garnicht erst an. Ich wollte das Spiel erst mit meinem Controller spielen. Habe mir dann derweil in den Einstellungen einen ordentlichen Bruch geholt, wodurch die Laune sowie die Freude erstmalig im Keller war. Nachdem ich das irgendwie gebacken bekommen hatte, die jeweils gewünschte Einstellung zu bekommen auf meinem Controller, hat es mich doch dann erheblich Frustriert, da die Flugsteuerung nicht so war, wie ich es mir Vorgestellt hatte. Dennoch wollte ich nicht aufgeben und bin dann zu Maus & Tastatur gewechselt. Und selbst da fand ich das echt Ekelhaft. Präzise Zielen ging garnicht. Sobald ich reingezoomt hatte, musste ich mit der Maus kurbeln, damit das Fadenkreuz ansatzweise an dem gegnerischem Flugzeug dran war. In der ersten Mission bin ich gefühlt 10 Minuten lang, einer gegnerischen BF109 hinterher geflogen um sie zu killen. Also Feinsteuerung nicht vorhanden. Ist die BF109 NUR geradeaus geflogen, hatte ich selbst da richtige Probleme mit der Steuerung überhaupt hinter dem Feindflieger mich zu positionieren. Also kurz und knapp gesagt: Spiel ist Grafik technisch Fine, aber die Steuerung ist für MICH Müll.

This game is pretty immersive and it’s just as fun as a lot of pre-War Thunder games.

[h1] Short, but...[/h1] A short but enjoyable aerial combat game, sadly I do wish the spitfire became part of the campaign instead of unlocking at the end. All in all though, such an enjoyable little game. Both the arcade and realistic flight choices are fun and neither take away from the enjoyment. I did find the weird mechanic sim part pointless and annoying apart from that it was good. A must have just for fun game.

its ok. i gave 1 dollar for it to be fair. so for that price yea its worth it. idk abt 9 bucks but for the history maybe
