I played this game once in 2015, 2018, and 2021. The art style is fantastic, unique, and timeless. I mean really, brownie points on the art style. Every time I've played the game, I've enjoyed it. As much as I love the game, there are some major flaws that need to be addressed before I would recommend someone to buy this game: As many people have mentioned, the typos in the paramount narrative scenes, are really really distracting. I understand that the dev is not an born english speaker, but to ask $10 for error littered dialogue and on screen text is unfair. Also, word choice at times is strange. The plot falls flat, incredibly flat. To be honest, for how much effort was put into the art style, I was expecting a better plot. If you read the game summary, it has absolutely nothing to do with the game itself. So avoid the game summary because it is completely irrelevant to the game. The plot at best is a 4/10, it is so vague and empty. However, I see alot of potential for this to become a truly great game. There are many times when what you need to do next is not obvious. This creates very choppy game play. Overall I wouldn't consider this game complete. I do think it's worth being revisited and being perfected and cleaned up, there is so much potential in this game. Would love to see an update or new release. To the dev: The atmosphere is there, the art style is there, and you seem to have a place you are drawing your inspiration from for the plot. The game is too short, and the story you're trying to tell suffers because you jammed it into a game too short to successfully carry it out. Complex, multidimensional plot lines need detail,space, and good delivery for it to hold a players attention and for it to even make sense. Keep at it, the game has good bones.

Στα [-] • Η ανάπτυξη μιάς ιστορίας μέσα από αφηγηματικά βιντεάκια καί η προσπάθεια γιά τήν δημιουργία ατμόσφαιρας "τρόμου" μέσα απ' αυτά, βρίσκονται εκτός τόπου καί χρόνου σέ σχέση μέ τήν κύρια δράση τού παιχνιδιού. • Ενας βλακώδης κι εκνευριστικός γρίφος ξεμπερδέματος κλωστών λίγο πρίν τό τέλος του, χαλάει τήν μέχρι τότε πολύ καλή εικόνα τών γρίφων του καί πιθανώς νά σέ κάνει να τό παρατήσεις (εγώ πάντως τό παράτησα). Poinr-click adventure oyunu. Çizimler güzel. Atmosfer fena değil. Anlatıcı güzel. Bulmacalar zorluyor. Eğer bundan hoşlanıyorsanız uğraşın. Bazıları kolay olsa da bazıları zaman istiyor. Tam çıkmazdayım artık bırakayım dediğim an bir yol bulup oyuna devam ettim. Bu tarz oyunları çok oynarım. Gerçekten zorlandım. ama imkansız değiller. Beklentinizi ona göre arttırmayım. Hatta yanlış hatırlamıyorsam 1 saat oynama başarısı mı ne vardı. Zorlanan arkadaşlar sıkılıp bırakabilir diye. Hikaye başta merak uyandırıcı. Ancak sonu beni tatmin etmedi. Gidişata göre çok sönük bir sonu var. Çok iyi bağlayamamışlar. Bu mu yani olay demiştim. Bu tarz oyunları seviyorsanız 2-3 saatinizi ve 3-5 liranızı vermeye değer.

Mouse based puzzles were incredibly punishing and didn't allow for small, human movements. Ending was a let down, story was not fleshed out. Very hard to navigate without a guide since the item interactions were not guaranteed to work unless placed in very specific positions.

A ridiculously fun and mind-bending puzzle game with a dark twist. I found myself stumped quite a few times and spinning in circles only to find that I overlooked simple things. It really is a satisfying feeling when you get past something that stumps you as much as a lot of the puzzles and games. Definitely worth the money.

1Heart is an interesting point-and-click adventure, with a funny narrator voice acting for a supposedly dark game, where you’re a kid searching for her sister. The game takes a few hours to complete, but some of the puzzles and minigames are hard. Also, you can’t repeatably click everywhere because the game will blur and stop your mouse clicks. I understand that idea, but it feels a bit restrictive. There’s also a decent amount of extra content, including hidden hearts and achievements. If you like this genre, then this is a good choice, when discounted.
