Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.

Прошло несколько лет с момента выхода игры, а до сих пор присутствуют проблемы. нельзя начать свободную игру на желаемом городе (карте), потому что при скачивании игра выдает либо ошибку, либо ругается на интернет соединение, хотя все работает и подключено. Некоторые купленные ДЛС тоже не загружаются, игра пишет о неизвестной ошибке. При прохождении компании во время загрузки новых районов карты так же эта же ошибка и все крашится, просто не загружается и все. За эти годы можно было уже исправить это, тем более продукт платный и не прям дешевый для такого простого гимплея. Я разочарован. Как всегда: идея отличная, реализации дно.

Aussitôt acheté, aussitôt remboursé... Le jeu se charge, j'arrive sur la page du menu, et a partir de là, impossible d'aller plus loin. Aucun bouton du menu fonctionne. J'ai désinstallé, réinstaller, tester les version beta dispo sur steam, ... rien n'a fonctionné. Dommage il m'avais l'air sympathique
The career point mechanic is terrible and forces you to constantly expand your map into districts that are huge and this overwhelms your staff very quickly and you cannot keep up.

Огрызок от игры, содержит встроенную рекламу, покупать не нужно. Свободный Режим не работает, купленные DLC-сценарии не работают, они навечно зависают в состоянии "создаём карту". Игра не имеет встроенных предзагруженных карт для этих режимов, хотя бы для нескольких крупных городов (позорище), пытается их откуда-то скачать и не может, выдавая вечную ошибку. Проблема присутствует у игроков из разных стран. Работает только короткая Кампания (32 игровых дня, и всё). В Кампании есть карта половины Москвы. Присутствует бездарный геймдизайн "угадай, что задумал разработчик", если не выбрать строго определённую строку в диалоге звонка или заранее не поставить юниты в "задуманное" место — провал и перезапуск дня. Например, психа с газовым баллоном нужно уговорить ждать скорую дурку (самый тупейший вариант), всё остальное приводит к мгновенному провалу. Специально затянул звонок, все службы успели приехать на место и могут повязать его? Это не работает, они просто стоят и ничего не делают. В последнем дне ВИП помрёт, если не поставить скорую прямо рядом с местом его спавна, иначе они не успеют. Половина достижений недоступна, потому что они привязаны к неработающим сценариям. Стартовый экран — перед начальными заставками (даже перед лого разраба) тупо вываливается реклама каких-то других игр, впервые такую стыдобу вижу. Нет, спасибо, их тоже покупать не нужно.
