The idea of a game like Rimworld with a more persistent sort of threat (almost like combining it with a tower defense element) was greatly appealing to me. In its current state it is really hard to say that it is much more than a proof of concept. This is about the earliest of access I can imagine. There is very little tutorialization other than a popup that tells you a few things about the energy and HP systems, to protect your HQ building, and that you might want to build a chest. Unanswered questions: * How do you gather resources so you can build stuff? * What do you even want to build? * How do you actually get your pawns to attack things when drafted, instead of just walking to where the zombie _was_ when you told it to attack then standing around like an idiot? * Why do your pawns just stand around embracing death as the zombies are murdering them? * How do you survive the first five minutes of a game? None of these questions are answered, and most of them I couldn't figure out before the first wave of like three zombies killed me. It seems that you spawn in with literally nothing other than your HQ (which seemingly has no use?) and pawns, unlike Rimworld where based on your start you get some starting weapons, food, etc. You are given basically no time to set up any defenses before the first wave comes (which could be neat and add to the feeling of desperation if done right) and then you die. The maps are all fairly small and pre-built. The characters cannot be customized other than re-rolling them (stats, name, etc. are all random). The camera controls (holding Z or whatever to move) are odd. Finally, I found it really weird that there are spelling errors (tpyos? mis-translations?) all over the game. Even basic things like "cancel" are spelled wrong "cancle", makes me worry about how much care and attention to detail is being put into the game. It is interesting that there is a countdown to the next update on the main menu screen which indicates there will be an update less than 2 days from release, but this honestly probably needs a few more months in the oven before it's something worth returning to. I may sink a bit more time into it to try to figure out some of this myself, but can't recommend it at this point.

(Edit) Seemingly abandoned Changing level of effort of review to reflect effort of development. Game bad, no information, there's a website somewhere linking to YT videos of the Dev playing game. Abandoned, waste of $8, would recommend purchase price of $0.49 or roughly 50 bananas from the hit game "Banana."
Honestly, the game is pretty good and fun, worth the price. It does need a lot of work though, a tutorial/on boarding system would be great, alongside more customization options for difficulty. And as always, more content would be great. Hope more updates come soon!!
