Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

I grew up playing Yugioh, and this is easily by far the worst way to play it in any format. Konami in all their greed has turned what could have been the greatest digital version of Yugioh into a microtransaction hell ruled by meta, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ economy for deck building, and little to no casual or solo content.

Going to say no, I prefer old school yu-gi-oh there is not much of that in here, I launched into my first match and the first opponent I faced could summon a 7 star monster 2800 attack dmg without any sacrifices just one card that just made him win the game. Like what the f@ck am I supposed to do against that when I just started playing with these crappy premade decks? Just seems pay to win if I am being honest just like duel links, this is no better.
this game sucks don't play it
Game is an unbalanced piece of ♥♥♥♥ -reduced to a compare hand simulator/coin flip simulator in 90% of all cases The "going first" in other card games, like hearthstone, shadowverse, magic etc, usually means having the advantage of the "extra turn mana" where you win the game In YGO, however, it means literally going +8 on card advantages and in most of the cases, modern decks can reliably put up 2-3 negates, in extrem cases omni negates, paired with 5+ other disruptions like pops/flips/spins/sends/banishes etc. To combat this, we have handtraps, but most are just trading 1 for 1 -means either i have enough handtraps to trade for all your starter, or im getting one card comboed to death by going first disruptions It's either the going first player gaining so much advantages from going first, leaving the going second player having 0 chance to win and can't play at all, or the going second player having enough handtraps to stop the going first player, and win in the second turn, thus the going first player can't play at all. Nowdays it became less and less a 2 player card game, but 2 players trying to find out who can play solitar first and who is there to suffer
Yuck, terrible meta and monetary predation.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS. Over 1,000 hours in and I am a massive Yu-Gi-Oh fan but this is not it. Maybe if you're new to Yu-Gi-Oh and need to learn mechanics, spend some time in the solo modes but do not waste your time trying to build a deck beyond what the game will give you for free. I have wasted so much time and money trying to build decks and after just spending 8k gems on the Rescue-ACE secret pack, I have not pulled a single RA UR card. "Just break down the other UR's and build what you want" okay well I've gotten the pity UR twice within those 8k gems alone and 7 UR total (2 cards I want out of the 12 needed). You simply cannot build a competent deck unless you dump hundreds of dollars into this game (trust me, I'm guilty.) If you know how to play the card game, go play another simulator that's free but this will do nothing but make you unhappy at yourself and that damn roach.
The game is unbalanced and simply a mechanism for Konami to extract money from you. Every ban list is just a tool to herd players to the newest product. Do not take this game seriously or spend money on it. Konami does not respect you.
