Yet Another Killing Game

Going to leave a more detailed review once I'm finished, but so far this is easily the most polished Renpy engine vn I've ever played. It's funny, because despite the title, the game doesn't feel derivative in the slightest. The art is simply fantastic, the music fits each location very nicely, and the small cast is a wise choice that aides the wonderful pacing of the opening section. We get right into the heart of the game with the investigations, which also helps with the pacing. And as for those investigations, they seemed centered on really getting you to actually think about what is going on and who you are around, instead of just being a checklist off things to click on. It's all very immersive. Very enjoyable so far.

just finished 100% completing this game and... woah. this was a rollercoaster of emotions and i loved it i usually dont play many visual novels but this one was amazing would absolutely recommend (just make sure you dont play it for 4 hours straight like i did)

BRILLIANT GAME. Honestly in my top 3, without any exguration. When i first started playing i thought it was going to be a bit cliche, maybe 10 hour vn you go through once then forget. NOPE. Such a good story. Really intresting mystery, emotional invest into all characters (did very well with such a small cast), beautiful character and UI design. Even the small details like the back button and music pop-up feel like they've put so much care and love into this game. It's just incredible. Very well done game. If there is one thing i would want, it would be a flowchart (maybe after getting the true end) but extremly small detail in the grand scheme of things. Fully reccomened buying. I can't remember if i bought it on sale but i would happily pay full price considering the quality.

Dumb as rocks. No clever twists, no interesting choices, no surprises... just dumb.

This is a neat game, very well made, just long enough to let it's mystery fully unfold. The characters are nice, both thier banter and their more serious background is decently written. Felt some of the reveals were hinted at way too heavily, to the point of being obvious, but the last twist was good and unexpected for me. Highly recommend if you want a shorter well-made mystery VN!
