This game looks very cute and is easy to play, while also being very entertaining. I love how you basically give other players ammunition to make the silliest headlines, and that you're rewarded for that with points as well! Just 2 adjectives, nouns and verbs (per player) also keeps it simple, while at the same time creating a huge potential for funny combinations! Also really like that you can pick however many cards you want, and just one card can be just as funny as a whole sentence. Finally, I LOVE the idea of the friend's pass, so you can play with your friends even when they don't have the game! If you're looking for a silly partygame to play with your friends, I recommend giving Yesterday's News a try :)

It is a really fun party game. Especially with 3 or more players. At first I didn't know what the goal of the game was (it's not explained), but after one game it didn't matter to me, because I just wanted to play again! The assesment was clear after one game: Simply thinking of fun words, fun/good headlines and then voting on everyones headlines to score points. And laughing about each others sentences and words :) Tip: check the settings after the first time playing. I wanted more time to think about good words. I found out that it's easily changed to your liking :) One thing that's a bit strange: I didn't understand how the counting of the points works. Via the settings I found out that you can get points when another used your cards and also If you get the most votes. When it's even in votes, I don't know how it's decided who wins. Like in the beginning: things are not totally clear, but eventually you get it or you just want to play again even though you don't get everything. Really a good game for a nice time with friends or family :)

If you like Jackbox style party games you'll like this game too! Super easy to get into and a lot of fun when played with a large group of people– and genuinely laugh out loud funny. Definitely make use of the friend's pass version because you absolutely can't play it single player :(

This is the perfect game for friends/family who enjoy playing Jackbox. I just tried it out with my cousin and we had such a good laugh. I especially like how you can decide how long your sentences are and that you can really create some nonsense. I do wish you could moves the cards around when you've made a sentence, but that's just me being picky. It also adds to the fun of the game that you can't do that, so you feel the pressure of the timelimit more. That can give you even funnier sentences. Also really enjoyed the computer prompts. Definitely gonna recommend this to my friends I play Jackbox with! :)

I like this game! Played it together with some friends and we laughed a lot :D At first I had to get the hang of it, but later I realised that by setting the round timer to a tiny bit longer (> Settings) it made the initial round for writing words a bit more doable. I definitely recommend playing this game with together friends (I recommend a discord call and screen share)! It's a super simple concept, but the outcome is surprisingly fun! It looks like the card game "Cards against humanity". Quite a popular card game!

It's a fun little Jackbox Party Pack-like game! It's great to just bust out for a few play sessions over Discord with some friends!

I genuinely like the game. It kind of remind me of a mix between Cards Against humanity and Jackbox Party. It's low stakes and pretty easy to get into. The option are Explained at the top making it accessible for everyone that may have forgotten what a verb noun or adjective is, and it doesn't require creativity if none is available with the random suggestion button. I would like to see a form of mobile support or connection in order to be able to play this locally, All in all it feels quite enjoyable and i recommend it to everyone that's looking for some group based low stakes fun.

Yesterday's News is a party game where you make headlines with words that your friends give you. You can theoretically play it infinitely because the words your friends give you will be different each time. So if you suffer from being funny or know someone else who does, give this game a try!

Great game to play with friends. I recommend playing with 3 or more people. Think cards against humanity, but you write the words yourself. I really liked how creative you can get with the words.
