Tldr; this game is pure fun
This was a fantastic, innovative game. The controls were tight and limited but manages to make them incredibly versatile and fun. The game is fast paced, fun, looks nice, has humour, and just a genuinely fun, high energy time. Here is my overview: [h1]Overview[/h1] [b]Graphics[/b] - 8.5/10, sometimes jank, but very pretty and high energy. The golden spring and gears are beauties! [b]Gameplay[/b] - 9/10, it really forces you to learn its controls, but its not so bad and very fun to use. I do wish the Flip O' Will and air carried over momentum more. [b]Audio[/b] - 10/10, the music is so high quality, the tracks are fun, and Mega Ran's [i]Driving Me Crazy[/i] is fcking lit. The audio for movement and environment is equally very well made. [b]PC Requirements[/b] - 10/10, easy to run, and even on my 1080p GPU, it ran 1440p at 120fps. [b]Difficulty[/b] - 9/10, I will admit, it can be hard for a beginner, but due to its addicting controls, you start to learn the rhyme and rhythem of the game. Be prepared for sharp turns and tall heights! [b]Grind[/b] - There is a bit of grind for the hats and bunnies, but 99% of the gears were not too hard to get. You can even get certain gears early with skill! [b]Story[/b] - 7.5/10, it has a decent story, the nods to other franchises is gold, but I will admit the ending was a bit odd. However, it was still very enjoyable. [b]Worth it?[/b] - Yes! Waiting for a sale makes sense of course, as I do it for everything I buy, but the game is worth the money! [h1]Overall - 9.5/10![/h1]

Este juego es increíble y maravilloso, lo más cercano que voy a estar a sentir cómo es esnifar cocaína. El control está pulido hasta un extremo ridículo. Lo que parece de primeras un control extremadamente restrictivo en realidad te permite hacer de todo, como mi tipo favorito de juego de plataformas. Si lo haces bien puedes hacer LOCURAS, salir por los AIRES, pullear salvadas impensables, convertirte en DIOS. Más allá de eso, Yellow Taxi Goes Vroom también tiene un apartado visual PRECIOSO, amaría mil juegos más que aprovechen la estética N64 tan bien como este. Y LAS ANIMACIONES... dirás que quizá no son muy impresionantes pero el squash y stretch del coche es DELICIOSO. La historia es tan estúpida como esperarías de un juego llamado "taxi amarillo hace vroom". Hay gente que dice que el humor ya había envejecido mal cuando salió como si el puto desgraciado del Elon Musk (del que este juego se burla mucho) no siguiera activamente tocando los cojoncillos en el presente. Además lo del man que te aparece cada dos pasos para decirte una vez más el textaco legal de "ESTO ES UNA PARODIA CUALQUIER PARECIDO CON LA REALIDAD ES PURA COINCIDENCIA" es lo más gracioso del mundo. Si te gustan los plataformas BIEN BIEN PULIDOS con ese toque muy arcade y estúpido para no pensar, este es tu juego. Qué verdadera DELICIA hacérmelo al 100%.

This is such a great romp. If you have any nostalgia for old collectathons from the 64-bit era, than do yourself a favor and pick this up. It is challenging, but not crazy difficult. Maybe 100% is insane, but I didn't accomplish that -- I have completed the main game. It has some humorous dialogue, and goofy characters who may or may not resemble some well known figures. Yellow Taxi Goes Vroom isn't a perfect game, but what game is. Its controls alone might put some people off, but I encourage you to put a little time in experimenting with it to get the feel for things. It knows exactly what kind of game it is, and wears it heart on its sleeve. You can feel the love that went into it.

This game is awesome. Things keep happening and it keeps being fun.
This is a fun indie platformer in the style of classic N64 games. The game has a lot of charm and I really enjoyed the humour. The only thing I didn't like was the massive difficulty spike near the end. You're required to perform some advanced movements that are pretty difficult to execute, and it often feels like you're fighting the controller. It turned what was otherwise a fun and relaxing experience, where I enjoyed exploring and collecting green gears, into something frustrating.
Buen juego, si te gustan los plataformeros que requieren algo de habilidad por encima de lo normal (al menos para conseguir todos los opcionales), este juego es para ti.
