XIO: REVIVE

Game is broken The game seems to make my computer heat up massively and for the fans to rev. Lot of buildings are not able to be entered. Looting seems to be limited to objects outside of buildings you can't enter (I couldn't find a building I could enter before the server removed me to the main menu for some reason) Server randomly takes you back to the main menu. Menu bugs, able to have something in your toolbelt/hotbar and drag it in to your inventory where it already is displayed, potentially caused the server to remove me, potentially anti-duping measure or it's broken. No singleplayer mode Looting broke after I looted one container, was unable to open another container after when prompted. Game needs more time.

These "devs" are scammers trying to make a cheap buck. All they do is flip assets they paid for and pay some broke kids from war torn countries to "code" for them. If you ask questions or try to get them to be transparent at all, they either ignore you, time you out or simply remove you from their Discord or Forums. Plus their Discord was extremely transphobic, it is 2023 and we need to do better. One of their staff members, Maggie, said some truly disgusting things about a community member who has a 5 year old trans kid. Shame on you Dirty Bird Games for employing someone like that. This game itself does not even run well. I have a 3080ti on a 9900k with 32GB of ram and I was getting around 15FPS. Also made my fans run very loud and yet the game looked like a kid with a crayon did the graphics so it just does not make much sense. Just a total mess, the owner of this company should honestly refund anyone who was unable to get one from Steam and be sent to prison for theft. Watch Bigfry's video on YouTube called "This Indie Developer is trying to bring back SOCOM..." about their new project/game called "Peak 53" and you will see what type of devs these scammers are. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Way too early access, its more like an open alpha? It should be free to play or very very cheap. I played for 1.2h, just running around and trying to find some points of interest and I did eventually, but its very empty and simple.. Don't know if the weather system works properly, but it was foggy as f**k all the time. The graphics looks pretty good and runs very well, its UnReal Engine after all. But, F**k that bloom, jesus christ...

If you want something that WILL be better than Rust well here ya go. Its still in the early stages but the creator is quite active and working hard to fix bugs and improve quality. They also have great stuff in the works for additional content. Graphics are quite nice and the sound effects are great. The weather system is insane I got hit with a storm and that felt like a hurricane was coming through. This is not for the faint of heart though as there isn't much in the way of instructions but that's survival games for you. The atmosphere is what is doing it for me. Its different where most others are barren there is stuff everywhere in Xio and different biomes to try to make it in. It is barely in BETA so the bugs can be a hassle but I have a strong feeling that it will be sorted out pretty soon and make things even better. I spent almost 2 hours just exploring and had a nice little trip..... then was got chased and mauled by a bear. So far I have played around in the forests and some of the run down residential areas. IDK why but I decided to make my little home in the snow biome..... maybe it was the snowflakes. All in all it runs pretty smooth for me and just needs some further polish on the melee system after that it is just balancing and new content down the road. Will update review at a later date.

This game in it's current state is ok. You can get a lot of enjoyment out of it but it can also be frustrating because it is in super early access. However, the Devs are great with updates and are very quick to push out fixes when players find them. The base building is pretty good and the PVP is also good. The map feels pretty big which is nice for the base building aspect, so your not on top of each other. The weather is pretty good and the graphics are fairly good as well for a game that is this early in development.

I've seen Xio come a VERY long way. And I believe that what Dirty Bird Games has created here is a masterpiece. They've been very hard at work on it and it has certainly paid off in quality. Here's to a bright future to Xio!

I got to play this game on a private very early test and it is such a good game, I really enjoy survival games and this game brings something new to what you may see in other games. There have been somethings ive not manage to get around to test but I can say this game runs really well so far and will only get even better. Of course there are some bugs and issue's but you get them with every game and considering how early the build is for this game it is far better and less issues than other games that have been around for longer. This game is always changing and constant being updated on a daily basis. During my private testing the devs were always updating and fixing issues each day, There was always communications in their discord, The Xio team are so committed to getting this game and it shows just by what they do with the game and how they always interact in discord with you. For anyone that likes the look of this game you wont be dissapointed, Come jon the discord and see how friendly the community is I did get this game free due to me helping test the game during the private test build but even if I hadnt I would of still been buying this game and leaving the same review Just a couple of things in terms of features it does contain - contaminated zones ( this where you find the best loot) - airdrops ( come once a day but also contains loot you cant find on the map) Lastly just a quick thanks to the dev - FOUR

Really early acess, was watching the dev playing and explaining the game and played just an hour and it felt really unfinished but with potencial. Graphics are in a really cool stage, movements of the caracter could improve a bit and i think that it would be better if there was a crafting menu. For now its what i can say. Continue working/improving the game.

Despite having potential, the developers need to take advantage of that. Instead, they are taking advantage of players, IMO. Why is there only one guy who has great videos showcasing the game. I play, no enemies, no players, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ loot system that makes no sense. CASH GRAB. They have made no real changes since I bought the game. They just keep changing cosmetics, and add special event items??? You gotta have a game first before you do special events. Thanks for stealing my money.

Very Epic Game And Here's My Review Of It Map : The Map Is So Good I Cannot Express It By Words, Every Area Is So Detailed And Immersive Level Design The Map Is AAA Quality. Graphics : Easily AAA Quality Graphics, Very Realistic Looking Objects And High Resolution Textures Combined With The Epic Level Design Is Very Great Main Menu UI And In Game HUD : EASILY The Best UI Designs I Have Seen In My Entire LIFE! EveryThing Is So Slick And Modern Combined With The Sound Design On When You Hover Over And Click Things Makes My Eargasm. In Game Sound Design : This Sector Easily Is AAA Quality As Well, The Sounds Are Soo Good I Forget I Am Playing Game Combat : Literally No Need For Explaining, The Quality Of These Melee And Guns Are AAA Quality, From The Animations And Sound It Baffles Me Than An Indie Developer Is Able To Make These Assets And Sounds Enemies : Man The WildLife And Zombies Are Soo Detailed Graphically And Design Wise, The Realism Of These Models Are Epic Overall Rating 10/10 Very Great Indie Game That Is AAA Quality I Will Pay $60 For This
