The XCOM: Enemy Unknown - Slingshot Pack is Now Available!
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 14 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This reimagining of the original X-COM: UFO Defense may be streamlined, but it is by no means toothless. This game will still kick you in the gut and throw you down the stairs, but that's part of the experience. When you DO manage to score a victory and upgrade to better gear, you really feel the satisfaction of victory, only for the aliens to come back and give you a proper challenge. I recommend playing this with the Enemy Within expansion. It simply adds to the base game, unlocking more interesting soldier abilities, enhanced customization, and more layers to the enemies. You can bring the pain like never before, but so can the enemies.

tactial and very difficult even on easy, very easy to replay every playthouh is diffrent
I usually don't like this genre, but i liked this game from the second mission, i love the invasion aspect of the game, slowly gaining the technological advantage, training your soldiers the permadeath aspect of it, i managed to only loose 2 important soldiers, and a bunch of rookies, i trained 2 teams full of colonels. My first soldier made it to the final mission, grant it he was wounded like 90% of the time and died in the final mission beacuse for the life of him he could not land a single god###m shot in the final. I enjoyed the first half of the game a lot but i grew tired of the constant random abduction, the exalt missions by the second half i was just rushing to get to the story missions. And don't know why but the game crashed 4 times total in the ending cut scene, i had no issues all game, only the ending cutscene is the one that crashed the game.
Great game but a little lost on who is who on the tactical board. Takes me a few. But otherwise, its great
