The XCOM: Enemy Unknown - Slingshot Pack is Now Available!
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 14 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

THE GOAT
My favorite game
One of the best game to play. It's hard to understand at first because description of loot and area doesn't explain you anything about it. The accuraccy on the start is difficult and I got quit unlucky/unskilled at the beginning which put me in very difficult situation in the mid campaign since i lost so many soldier. After trying to come back for a few moment, I finally lost. And it was weird. Despite, all my lost soldiers, despite, failing the whole campaign. I failed joy. This game is clearly asking a lot, but what a joy. I played a second campaign. At some points, my best soldiers were ambushed by multiple pods. The heavy just rocket everything but not enough. I lost all my soldier..... except one. My assault "All In" She stood the ground, alone, against like 8 of injured ennemy and finished all of them. And I one the mission !!! She became best grade. And...... I still lost. Then I came back. Better positionning, better equipment. I had really eraly satellite, and i took no risk with grenade. And this time.... I finally one. This game triggers so many emotion. When a soldier is about to die, when you're about to lose a state member, when one survive despite all odds... The animations are really good, and the mood of "mystery space ennemy" is really nailed. I highly recommend.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

fun game
Great fun game and a bargain when bought in the sale with all the DLC's
I love it. It had some frustrating bugs, but you have to love it. Did you ever think to yourself, "Uh, I'm into ACTION games, not really this tactical strategy turn-based stuff", but you're meticulously imagining and planning your ACTIONS in an ACTION game (unconsciously or consciously)? If yes, you're going to love this, commander. -The atmosphere is excellently spooky sci-fi, it feels "serious" as you do your work at XCOM while it also feels somewhat cartoonish and unserious. The mixture here is great. You get a sci-fi scientific cerebral ambience at base, combined with the graveness of the military vibe, combined the scariness of the scenario, combined with toy-like/comic-y models. -The action, tactics, game design, is great. (Well, there's the well-known problem where the "optimal solution" is to do "overwatch creep", but you have free will! You don't have to do that!) -EXTREMELY RARE FOR A VIDEOGAME: the flavor text writing, and general writing everywhere, is good. The actors are good. The scientist guy is cool. -This game (XCOM 2012) is better than XCOM 2 in my opinion. Yes, XCOM 2 is worse! XCOM 2 has improvements and refinements mechanically, but the glossy dystopian future-city atmosphere is a rip-off of other games (Half-Life 2, Deus Ex series, I don't know) where XCOM 2012 has a better unique vibe. HERE'S A TIP: I believe that when people dislike this game, they're often making the mistake of not learning and utilizing the various "abilities" (holo-targetting, etc). Also the cover system is confusing and unintuitive if you're accustomed to action games: "Hide behind a corner, it's safe!" is safe in many games, but NOT in this game because "corner" is like "peeking out" and partly vulnerable). If you find yourself frustrated, read a guide!
