WWII Tanks: Battlefield

It's... a'ight, I guess? For something that's very cheap, don't expect much - it's basically a very (emphasis on the very) budget single player tank game where you can select your vehicle from a short list, and go around fighting other tanks. Some of the levels make it sound like they have unique objectives, but the reality seems to be that they're all the same in that ultimately you just have to take out the enemies. The graphics are pleasing enough for what they are. In short, there's nothing special or unique about this game, but the gameplay is smooth and does what it says on the tin. This is a simple good fun shoot 'em up game of tank fun, but it is NOT an accurate representation of tank warfare - if you're looking for a Panzer Elite type simulator you'll be a bit disappointed. The choice of tanks is reasonable although hardly huge ... but it does have the T35, KV1 & KV2, so it gets a big thumbs up from me. And it looks pretty too ... so, play this if you're looking for a fun 10 minute blast fest, but don't expect any real 'tank' depth from it.

It's an inexpensive tank-shooter with satisfying combat, simple controls, a decent amount of tanks, and a handful of settings/objectives. More content would be better, but I've got no complaints overall: especially for the price (AND I got it on sale).

Good and simple but I would have liked Tiger II s to have been included.
