Race in intense head-to-head fights on courses featuring high-speed circuits, crazy courses with obstacles & jumps, intersections and oncoming traffic, or go for demolition domination in derby mode.
More and more tracks & arenas will be added during the Early Access phase.
Forget pristine supercars: Our cars are old, dented and patched together. Each of them tells a story, and you can tell your own by customizing your ride. Over the course of early access, more and more customization options will be added to the game. They will not only unlock your creative desires, but also contain new armor and component types that support certain playstyles. And later during Early Access, you can also share your designs with other racers and wreckers!
Launching into early access with the base game modes of Racing, Derby and multiplayer mode. During the Early Access phase, we will add a completely revamped career mode that adapts to your individual playstyle and guides you on your journey to become a true champion! For online racers there will be new skill-based matchmaking system and server queues coming as well!
Another highlight during the Early Access phase will be special challenges, putting you behind the steering wheel of unconventional vehicles that were definitely never supposed to end up on a racetrack! Various bite-sized scenarios will keep you hooked as you battle for the highest scores.
During the Early Access phase, mod support will be added so you can really mess with this game by installing various mods from the Steam Workshop.

Fun to play with community on twitch streams. Definitely feels like early access game, but in last 6 months it is getting better and better.

Im mostly excited for Career. Very fun game and it looks good. I have had performance issues sometimes getting just 19fps but appear to get better when people start getting eliminated. Important NOTICE: This is not like the 1st Wreckfest where you upgrade your cars and they just perform better. You will have to learn to upgrade/tune your car correctly.

It’s pretty interesting so far, I haven’t had much of a chance to play it but arguably one of the more interesting and exciting early access games I’ve played
Much fun and no fuzz game ideal for any spanner head like me. Smooth and friendly mechanics makes driving easy and fullfilling. You need a break - come do it in Wreckfest 2!!
i am the best!!!!
Much improved over the original game, way more modes to play, it doesnt run near as well as the original did, but looks a lot better, if u have a lower end pc it might stuggle a little especially on higher levels of detail. i run on Ultra settings 1440p and seems to get around 160/170 fps most of the time, whereas in the original its well over 200
