Wormster Dash

So I beat this game in just under 50 minutes then went back to see if there was anything extra. There was nothing. The game looks great and is fun in the first half of the map, the rest was pretty mediocre. You run from a worm, step on a pressure plate which stops the worm, and thats it... its fun for maybe half an hour. Dont buy for the gameplay, buy it for the amazing details they put into the map.

Чтобы не возникло недопонимания, это не совсем платформер(в моем понимании). Это раннер - вам предстоит убегать от угрозы, которая неумолимо на вас надвигается. В геймплейном плане, у вас есть прыжок, большой прыжок и удар. Три кнопки, верно чередуя которые, вы сможете пройти все препятствия. В целом игра сделана красочно(да, я говорю это про черно-белую игру), у нее есть свой стиль, забавный дизайн. По этой части у меня нет никакой претензии к данному проекту, все детали выглядят гармонично, как единый и целостный мир. Это я вынужден отметить, поскольку в стиме порой встречаются игры, где складывается ощущение, что создатели игры просто надергали спрайтов с разных мест. А здесь видно, что старались сделать все красочно. Главный же минус, это продолжительность - игра довольно короткая и при прямых руках и хорошей реакции, будет пройдена вами меньше чем за час, возможно. Как по мне это неплохой игровой опыт, пускай и небольшой. Из приятных мелочей, есть небольшая кастомизация ГГ, вы можете выбрать одну из 4-х голов, для вашего персонажа. Это так же влияет на озвучку ГГ.

Le but est simple, un ver géant dévore tout sur son passage, et vous êtes son prochain repas, si vous ne fuyez pas. Il va falloir donc courir tout droit en esquivant les obstacles qui vous barrent la route. Dans ce jeu, inutile de se compliquer la tâche, car seulement 3 touches sont à retenir, le saut, le double saut et le dash avec son balai. vous allez devoir échapper au monstre en sautant les obstacles divers et détruisant les barils qui se dresseront sur votre chemin. Mais il va falloir être très réactif, car la moindre erreur et vous finirez dans l'estomac du ver. Dans des décors entièrement dessinés à la main, vous aurez la possibilité de faire courir 4 personnages, ayant tous leurs propres bruitages. Un chat, un chien, un homme et une femme. Le jeu est frustrant les premiers temps, mais plus vous recommencez, plus vous allez connaitre les divers passages secrets, qui vous feront gagner un temps fou, permettant une erreur lors de votre run. Malheureusement, vous allez toujours faire pareil, car rien ne change et vous recommencez toujours le même parcours sans vraie surprise. On aurait aimé avoir quelques événements aléatoires, histoire de corser un peu plus le jeu, et surtout ne pas tomber dans la routine. Wormster Dash propose un univers 2D entièrement dessiné à la main. Il est très agréable à regarder et à jouer. Fluide et réactif, on apprécie le travail fait sur la jouabilité PC. La musique, même si elle reste unique, et très sympa, et colle très bien avec l'univers et l'ambiance du jeu. Mais on s’arrêtera là, car cette version PC est inutile. Même si le prix est très bas, on n'a aucun mérite à y jouer, aucun défi, aucun succès. On enchaînera juste toujours le même parcours, en battant notre propre record. C'est donc sans intérêt qu'on joue à ce jeu sur notre PC. La seule satisfaction personnelle qu'on a eu le droit, c'est d'avoir été 96 % plus loin que les autres joueurs. En Conclusion, Wormster Dash est un très bon jeu mobile, mais sur mobile. Sans succès et sans défis, le jeu n'a aucun intérêt à voir le jour sur PC. On apprécie tout de même le travail artistique. l'univers 2D dessiné main et l'ambiance est très agréable. Après, si vous n'avez pas de mobile, pourquoi pas. Mais qui n'a pas un mobile de nos jours. This auto runner, like most who have played it, caught my eye with its superb graphical presentation. Its gameplay is somewhat unforgiving in the sense that when you die you start at the beginning of the game. Memorizing the level layout is critical to completing it and, sadly, there is really only one way to successfully complete it. Any deviation from this will result in the creature that’s chasing you catching up to you and sending you back to the beginning. Thankfully, the game is quite brief. If you know where you’re going and what to do when you need to do it, you can complete the game in under 20 minutes. Of course, you won’t and much of the gameplay is padded by the many times you will have to restart. This didn’t bother me, and overall I enjoyed this game, but keep that in mind should you decide to take the plunge with this one. At only $2, the risk is, IMO, minimal.
