Worldwide Sports Fishing

This game is the fishing in it's essence, it's fun and it can become quite addictive. It's more close to the fishing in real life when i'm going to fish, it's not a fishing tackle shop and repair simulator, and there's no levels you have to grind for. There are many different rods and lures, and you can do float fishing, or bottom fishing, or spinning , or bait casting, or sea fishing, or deep sea fishing from boats. You can fish all over the world (and beyond) on rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, marshes, sea. You can free fish or take part in tournaments, or you can do long casting challenges , or you can do fishing challengs for medals in all the fishing locations. Oh i forgot to mention that the fishing locations are 115, and the creator (only one man) has managed to capture the spirit and characteristics of these locations from all the world, and some times with humorous touches that make you smile. What you have here it's not the super graphics , here you have fun, and relax, oh and also some good relaxing music if you want to listen to :)

OK so the game has just had another update and I've logged 14 hours (at time of review) so its time to share my experience. This game is not 100% realistic, there are no options for adjusting line length or hook size or many of those other things that make fishing so hard for beginners to enjoy. Nor is it one of those cast out.. reel in.. kiddies games with zero depth. Instead it walks the fine line between giving us enough options to try out without having to learn a whole new hobby just to play a computer game, and in my opinion it does this really quite well. From my personal point of view this as much depth as I will ever need for a fishing game, I'm not an angler but i find the hobby interesting enough to learn the basics and the game gives me enough options to wonder "what does this do" without making me waste too much time finding out. And the venues.... These really steal the show in my opinion. So many, and they all seem pretty detailed and they all have different types of fish. I'm kind of speechless! In summery Not entirely realistic, which is probably a good thing if you prefer computer fishing to the real thing. Many well crafted locations of several types to fish, still being updated with more all the time. Many types of fish, still being updated with more all the time. I like this game.

Finally - the most realistic fishing game ever! Pros: - Lots of venues from all over the planet. - Realistic physics and perfect casting control. - The best fish AI I've ever seen in any fishing game. - Beautiful, detailed graphics and relaxing sound. - Dynamic weather effects and amazing skybox. - Nice interface with plenty of options. - Open-world, with usable boats and ability to swim. - Free DLC. Cons: - No underwater cam when fishing / reeling fish. - No branded lures or gear from Bass Pro Shops or Rapala.

Recomendo ! Jogo foi recém lançado, mas já da para se divertir, um dos poucos jogos de pesca com lago Brasileiro. Worldwide Sports Fishing is good fun.I have actually fished (in reality) one of the locations ,caught nothing ,got sunburned quite badly,plus snagged regularly and had a run in with an an amorous brown snake so this game was much better and safer than that sorry episode .In the game I caught some good fish.. Okay it's not that pretty to look at but there are heaps of locations and swags of fish,choices of baits and gear so that's pretty cool.Casting and hook ups are okay,certainly work well enough. It's cheap , runs well and had no bugs that I could see, yep, good fun. Recommended.

This is not a simulation . That said it is so much fun, I love it. You can make it easy or as hard as you like. Graphics are good. Game play is simple and very easy to get used to. You can play where all you do is cast and catch to near real waiting. Great game.

Nice game for the price. There are a lot of places in this real world you can choose to fish and a lot of different fish to catch, along with world records that are waiting to be broke. The graphics and scenery are very nice along with relaxing music. The controls are very easy. If there is anything it lacks is perhaps a competitive mode and the ability to know what kind of fishing equipment you are using.
