Update 2/7/19: I neither recommend nor do I not recommend this game (this is a change from my previous "not recommend", which Steam will not let me remove). There were VAST improvements since the last version, and the whole game style was changed--it's much sleeker/cleaner. The bugs have all been fixed (woot!). Instead of earning points to get larger words (which was the original idea), you just get random words scrolling the screen. The game is over when they hit the bottom. This is okay, except that if you have the misfortune to get a lot of long words, you won't score as high. But it functions as a typing practice or challenge. I did not try multiplayer. The one and only issue is the intro showing the game name and creator, is very loud, and there is no way to bypass the intro (the usual escape/space/mouse click did not work). The game functions as intended now, and if you want something to practice typing, it's worth the $0.99 being asked for on Steam (at least, at the time of this review). Previous reviews below. ----------------------------------- UPDATE: There was a game update with bug fixes on 4/18. While the "nothing registers" bug has been fixed, there's a whole bunch of new bugs. I would really like to give this game a nice rating, because it has potential, but it's pretty clear the dev isn't doing ANY testing before releasing it. I got this on sale for less than a dollar. I see it's up to $4 now. It's not worth what *I* paid for it yet. Until there are more bug fixes, this is still a bad buy. -------------------------- When the words start flipping over and moving around, there is some sort of bug where no matter what word you type, it doesn't register. By the time I get word to register (after typing every word on the screen with nothing registering), the words hit the bottom and I've lost. It's alsomost like the game is cheating. Fix this bug, and I will fix my rating. Until then, this isn't worth the (less than $1!) I paid for it.
