Gunplay is fine, but the weapon switching feels bad. Story is whatever. Stealth makes the levels too easy, and even when engaging in combat, I only died falling off of the bridge or a cliff, rather than the enemies. Overall a very unsatisfying experience. Maybe the Old Blood is more fun.
Really great game, i love the gunplay and the movement. the story is also very interesting and the dynamic movement of the enemies always creats some very funny and interesting moments. the only problem is that the game has not been optimized for newer Pc's and so there are a lot of visual artifacts in the game like shadows that flicker or textures popping in and out. if your playing the game on windows 11, make sure to create the cache folder for the game in localdata or it wont load the textures properly. also try using id5tweaker so you can better change the settings. i turned on AA from nvidia control panel and forced it on the game , at 8x and above it fixes the shaodw flickering.
Hell yeah! Fu ck the Nazi's Overall gameplay experience: 8/10. Moral satisfaction of dismantling a fictional Nazi regime: 11/10 💀 B.J. Blazkowicz was a surprise for me. I wasn't expecting any kind of depth in this game. Yet his characters feels like a real 'suffered enough' man. The atmosphere and worldbuilding was solid too. Use stealth instead of Doom style rip-and-tear and it will be more suspensful especially on the higher difficultly (although the enemy AI is weak overall)
so over the top, it's peak
Fun as hell
very good nice game
hail hit*ler
Excellent return for the series. Let's hope id/machinegames can keep pushing the medium forward.
