About
Within the Cosmos is a single-player first-person sci-fi RPG.

The year is 2278. Humanity teeters on the brink of extinction. As a member of the United Earth Space Agency (UESA), you were one of 500 chosen for cryogenic sleep and launched aboard a starship to the secluded Adallio star system. This hidden refuge, far from the devastating war consuming Earth, was humanity's last hope for survival.
But something went wrong. Your ship arrived generations later than planned. Upon awakening, you discover a fractured society. Humanity has splintered into various factions, each with its own politics, philosophies, and ambitions. To make matters worse, a mysterious and deadly android enemy has recently emerged, threatening the fragile peace.
Amidst the tension and turmoil, you must navigate this divided world, uniting (or further dividing) the factions and uncovering the truth behind the relentless android attacks. The future of humanity depends on your choices.

I want to like this game, I really do, but it's just a buggy mess with some pretty poor writing. The premise is interesting to start with, but the moment they throw you into the game you're placed into a situation that railroads you from the start in a way that just doesn't allow one to suspend their disbelief. Within 15 minutes you're having a life or death conversation with some random zealot that's so out of place it just feels canned. The dialogue in on all fronts is hard to take seriously, and that's if you ignore the voice acting. It's a very buggy game. Crashes, none of the quest markers ever seem to work, you can break quests easily, and even complete ones off of conversations with dead people hours after you killed them. I'd pass on this, especially since I just barely got to the second zone through the buggy mess, and they're apparently in 2.0.
i am just beginner but i think it is quite good game but there are some bugs. -when you crouch under water you can't stand up. -on second planet whole world map is blank and i can't see my location -once i got game crash -you have to point exact location to loot from corpse
This has potential to be very fun. but as of Apr 2025 it is very buggy and needs polish on some of its maps. it can be easy to get stuck of fall out of world. and some quest triggers don't flip when they should. I also think there may be missing quest markers. but it is clear the dev is working on it and I look forward to seeing how good it gets
It's in a really bad shape. Even for a solo dev, this is not good. It has bugged quests, some menus don't work, the map is not showing anything in later chapters. I don't know why debdev decided to launch 1.0 instead of making this early access, because it's far from finished.
i tried to give this a chance. it has so many bugs still. fatal errors, some quests not working, inventory changes, your character changes, very bare bones kind of fallout skeleton game. not worth 14.99 not worth the 50% off i paid. I get that you are doing this yourself, but the price tag is way too high for this when it's in the state that it's in.
Sajnállom, hogy megvettem a játékot.Elég csunya csalodás ért .mert a melék küldetések Hassznállhatatlanok ,és leadhatatlanok.Nemis értem.hogy a fejlesztők erre nemfigyeltek.Sajnos ebben a fázisban igy játszatatlan a játék-
все второстипенные миссии сломаные
the game has bad graphical inviremental bugs and game break bugs in it i wouldnt be caught dead in it if i want the peronage that plays the lead role in it it feel clonky and isnt smooth while playing the control are heavy and its just not what i felt i should have been it feels like a money maker to me and if the developers knew what they were doing it could have been so much better then what this turned out to be a disappointment thats all i say
