Finally found a game to do after Overcooked

Great local co op game! Had a lot of fun hours with my girlfriend!

フレンドとしばきあいながらプレイしました！ エルファバのような魔女の妨害のせいで操作がめちゃくちゃになるのがウザいのですが、パニックになるのが面白すぎてゲラゲラ笑ってました 2人プレイだった為ウィッチタスティックをとるのは難しかったですが、ステージ数も多めなので楽しく遊べました。 リモートプレイトゥギャザーに対応しているので、ぜひお友達を誘って遊んでみてください！

I completed this entire game solo and it was actually fun and manageable. I usually enjoy playing games in this category, such as Overcooked, with friends, but I wanted to see if it was possible to play this one solo and I was so happy that it was. The developers did a great job making a game that was enjoyable and that varied enough between levels to keep me interested. Level 4 was definitely my favorite. It had just the right amount of challenge without mechanics that were overly annoying. The levels with the ghosts were the most annoying for me, but still it was a manageable challenge. I liked the mechanics of the game and all of the various potions and new things that came into play with each level. The achievements felt very doable to me. Overall, I really enjoyed this game a lot. I hope they make a sequel.

A very fun multi player game. I want to stress that it really is multiplayer. You can possibly beat it solo, but it's incredibly difficult to do this without help. In fact, the more the better. The meanest thing I can say is that the hit boxes for grabbing items is a little wonky and the perspective sometimes makes you think you're lined up to grab something and you're not. There's been plenty of times where I am trying to place a cutting board with ingredients on a table near a cauldron only for the game to decide that it wants to select the cauldron and not the table and it blows up a potion. Other than that, it sets out to do exactly what it intends to do and I wish there was a witchtastic 2 and 3 and 4 because this is a great mix of cutesy animation/outfits and challenging mechanics (without being too overwhelming). If you play this game, I recommend you have your friends on voice chat and call out what you need or what you're doing, it makes coordination much more effective.

After playing and spectating 'Let's cook together' and having a blast, I found this on special and gave it a run. The kids didn't like it at all, and I also thought it was crap. Uninstalled and have just found it collecting dust in my games list. Now hiding from the list so I don't have remember again just how disappointed we all were. So disappointed that I'm writing this review in the hope others don't go down the rabbit hole of cooking games that claim to be fun but aren't. Six thumbs down from this family.
