WILL NOT RECOMMEND IN IT'S CURRENT STATE. NOT FOR CHILDREN. Hear me out: The art style is cute. Game mechanics are easy to understand. 1 click and it auto feeds the birds. This is how the game works. You have to purchase birds for $10. That gives you 5 random eggs. You hatch the eggs by clicking on them a few times. After hatching the eggs, you now have to constantly feed them. Initial feed is ants, You can sell full grown birds and upgrade the feed. BUT THAT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I took 30 mins just to upgrade from ants 5 XP TO bees 7 XP. The feed literally feeds XP to your baby birds. FOR EXAMPLE: If a chick requires 360 XP to become a full grown rooster, you have to feed it, 72 times before it grows. I played this game for 47 mins. Some birds require 345, 600 XP to grow into an adult. That means you will have to feed it 69, 120 ants or 49,372 bees. WHICH TAKES A LONG BLOODY TIME! Even with the constant feeding, I was not even close to getting a full grown bird out of some chicks. THAT IS AN INSANELY LONG TIME TO BE AUTO FEEDING THE BIRDS! GEEZ! 47 MINS OF FEEDING AND NOTHING ELSE WAS UNLOCKING. On top of that, full grown birds sell at $4. Some rare ones earn you $0.01 per day. lol. I just don't know what to say. I downloaded the game thinking it would be fun. But it is not fun at all to be just sitting and waiting for the birds to grow for 47 mins. There is literally nothing else for you to do. If you click away, the birds do not get fed and it takes an even longer time for them to fully grow. 47 mins and I made only $300 in game. You can only buy bees with that. I would love to continue playing this game but right now it is not made for fun and DEFINITELY NOT MADE FOR KIDS. You ask a kid to sit around and do nothing for 47 mins, just staring at the screen. Don't waste money on this game at it's current stage. I wasted my time just starting at the screen. lol. I hope the dev reads this and does something about it. I get that games shouldn't be too easy. BUT A SIMPLE GAME LIKE THIS SHOULDN'T BE THAT HARD! Maybe after unlocking super rare birds, the money comes easy. But the initial stage is too hard. Either lower the XP needed for the birds to fully grow or change the XP for the ants and birds. 345,600 XP is actual insanity. You have to feed 49,371 bees. I have about 6 of these birds, which means I will have to feed 296,226 Bees to get adult birds. That's a crazy amount of time to be sitting around and doing nothing. Please do something about it dev. I don't have the game, it's cute and all but WHY SO DIFFICULT????

as much as i want to i really can not recommend this game to anyone. there's so much wrong with this game its insane balancing is all wrong, some birds give 0 coins per day while most give as little as 0.01 per day. when buying eggs hope and pray that your game doesn't crash like mine did because you lose all the eggs you just bought and ALL the money it cost you to buy the eggs, its real obvious that this game was not play tested enough before release

Highly recommend! The art style is adorable, and you’ll learn about various types of birds along the way. It’s a charming, kid-friendly game that’s absolutely worth the purchase.

I want to love it, because birds, but the reality is that it's very buggy and very unfinished, and so many of the birds are incorrectly named and modeled. It's good on sale for an idle game. Although you can't truly idle it, because if you switch off the screen, it freezes until maximized. But... you can leave it be? And keeping birds is never useful. Selling is the only viable strategy.
