Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

ehh. Maybe. It reminds me of Skelethrone but its a lot harsher to try and get into.
When I first played the dome, it felt addictive. It was so fun, in terms of storytelling, gameplay, and graphic design. And seeing that the full game was finally released and that it costs 10 dollars or so, I felt like I am not buying it but rather pirating it!
This is arguably my favourite steam game, you just gotta get used to it then its bloody amazing, a solid 20 hours of playtime with a free DLC coming

great game. lots of fun
Not bad. A little simplistic, but it's pretty fun. Give it a try if you like 2D combat focused games.
This game is beautiful, and not just the scenery, but the story is heart-wrenching and amazing, there's so much to learn and explore. And the music is unparalleled, I love Windmills, and can't wait for more to be developed and for more content. Definitely one of the greatest games I've ever played, oh yeah, also, it's really hard if you don't know what you're doing. It has a great amount of replayability, but it is short, at some point, you know everything there is to know.
This is the first metroidvainia that didn't have a minimap. That made doing some the sidequests annoying to complete. But with this one issue did not prevent me from enjoying the game. Because the game is awesome. It was fun to fight and defeat the numerous enemies and bosses. The only frustrating boss I fought was the summoner so practice dodging to make that fight easier as the attacks he throws at you makes things hectic. The environments are gorgeous and a pleasure to look at. I haven't beat the game yet as I'm stuck on how to finish some sidequests but eventually I will accomplish this. Great game and a hidden gem in a market inundated with metroidvainias. Highly-recommend.
Windmills is an amazing metroidvania with a very original and unique style of storytelling that keeps you laughing but also reeling you into the mystery and the world. Combat is really good and feels rewarding once you nail down an enemy's pattern and timing. If you suck at directions like me it can be tricky at times since there's no mini-map, but if you get stuck just join the official discord and the creator of the game is there to help you out! :D
The game took me on a enjoyable journey.Very simple combat and simple map navigation. My only complaints are: [1]that in the version I have play'd the second stage of the fight against the king ,he needs more animations,he's movement is not fluid and [2]in the fight against "douchebag" in the cave he's animations as well looked like they were missing a few frames. He's charging animation is the same with he's walking,So I got hit not Knowing Why at first. [3]It is not clear what you can parry and you can't.I learned after beating the game that you can parry short opponents. [4]Wolf man fight also needs more frames in the animation. [5]Some dialog is repeated all over again if you interact with a few npc's (not a big deal). [6]More achievements for things you allready do in game and for thing you could do. CONCLUSION:Is a good game, friendly for new players in the metroidvania genre and is a good game for experienced players because the story and world is interesting and worth while. Would recommend.
This game doesn't really do the metroidvania or souls-like genres very well. As a metroidvania it's missing a lot. It relies too much on keys and magically sealed doors, you only get two movement abilities, and there's no real map. The collision on the terrain is also really buggy. I got caught on slopes regularly, and even had a boss clip through the floor and die. As a souls-like, it misses the "fair" part of "hard but fair." There are a number of enemies that have multiple moves with either the exact same wind-up, or so similar that you can't meaningfully tell the difference. The worst part is that your healing item doesn't recharge on death or when you rest, only on enemy kills, which means you have to go grind trash between boss attempts if you want to be able to heal. It's not terrible, but there's too many rough edges for me to recommend it.
