its fun
Honestly probably going to be my GOTY 2026, I haven't been engaged this much with a game emotionally in a long while. There is always just the right amount of tension and whenever it crescendos, it will eventually give you breathing room to recoop. It's special in how it delivers its atmosphere and the gameplay is extremely fun to boot. Constantly moving forwards to new areas and exploring the substructure. Replayability is high too. I want to say more but I'm too lazy stop reading start playing.

I'm kinda addicted to this game right honestly, and I HATE HEIGHTS LOL. It's sooo engaging and stressful but in a challenging and enjoyable way, mostly haha. What first felt like a struggle and daunting game to start with, I find myself getting better every time, and the game has so much to offer, even now still in its development cycle. It's so much packed in this climbing game at its core; there's horror, strategy + quick thinking decisions, and inventory management. So many things come together for a great adventure game. DEFINITE recommend!! 👍🏽💯⚒️
Hands down (haha) the best hyper-mobility game I've ever played with a dreadfully effusive atmosphere. Slowly hobbling through the tutorial for the first time immediately immerses you within the Rose Mountain Super Structure, only for you to return with 10-20 hours under your belt with your newly acquired skills (that you have always had access to) opening brand new routes that allow you to soar across rooms that once felt tedious. Heavily inspired by Metroidvanias (shortcuts, 'hidden' abilities / movement tech that's there from the start), the team's intensive focus on mechanics and pathing - both at the micro (inside of rooms / zones) and macro (whole runs, shortcuts, resource management) scales - breathes fresh life into the Roguelike genre that has oversaturated Indie markets since the late 2010s. Developing the skillset, mental maps, and muscle memory to navigate the tortuous passages of the RMSS feels rewarding in a way few other roguelikes have ever achieved. With its unique and inspired blend of movement mechanics, Metroidvania-esque secrets and branching paths, Roguelike progression, and Survival Horror resource management / setting, I have no doubt that White Knuckle will cement itself as one of the greats, both within the world of speedrunning and within Indie Gaming at large.
This is such an amazing game. It's concept is so cool and is executed so well. It also feels so good when you're going at high speeds. I've 100%, got 100 hours in it, and do a hard mode run every day, and I still haven't scratched the surface of speedrunning it or any of it's more difficult challenges. 10/10
Loving this game. Played the demo for a while got the full game and the difference is genuinely crazy. everything plays better and feels better. It would be a 10/10 but you cant crack the alien mommy so maybe like a 3/10

Very challenging but a great experience and so easy to get obsessed with. Some of the most enjoyable gameplay I've seen in a game in a long while, 10/10 couldn't recommend more can't wait to see where the game will continue to develop.
Very good game, but id like to see more customization like new hands, hamers, voices and maybe adding shoes or something.
Very fun game with good mechanics, story, and unique level design. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting to play
