Whispers of the Citadel

You are a commander that finds himself in a situation that you weren't ready for but do you choice to follow though on or not will be up to you. You will have 5 females (2 humans and 3 Elves) to interact with while making your choice and/or choices to get to know better weather or not it is for personal gain, pleasure or something else. It will feel like you are going in circles after a while so this is more of a story for the readers vs sexual interactions. There is sex but with no animation, some music to listen to as well as some ability to more the camera around for a different view or angle. Is it worth the price ? I can't say it is but it would be wroth it if you can get the game on sale or the price gets reduced to half. Also is it wroth getting that I can say is a 50/50 depending on are you more of a reader or someone that's looking for action.

the elves were probably the only good thing about this game.. just cause ya know elves are sexy in any game. but this game is way to short and not worth it

Linear VN where you need to maintain peace between Elves and humans through marriage. The game puts you in a role of the new citadel commander. It is your responsibility to uphold the fragile peace that exists between the humans and elves residing in the citadel. You're advised to wed an elf as it's the best way of keeping order. Since both of you don’t want any part of this forced arrangement, you can change how story moves forward by going after five potential candidates. The game takes place through 30 days and you choose with which girl you want to meet each day. Each meeting increases the rank with that girl until it hits the maximum rank of 10. However, you can’t meet with the same girl twice in a row. These meetings are entirely linear and you don’t get any additional choices. They’re not that long either. The game doesn’t waste any time with the naughty parts. After a day or two of casual talk, you soon force the girls into sex for the sake of peace. Scenes don’t go into the extreme. When 30 days are up, you can decide to marry the girls with the maximum rank or stay unmarried. The entire game doesn’t take long and it’s very easy to get all achievements.

Ich bin ehrlich zwigespalten - für den Preis ist das Spiel eigentlich zu kurz. Für alle Achievements und möglichen Routen braucht man ca. 60-75 Minuten, je nach dem, wie sehr man die Suchbildfunktion geniessen möchte. Die Entscheidungen im Prolog selbst spielen auch keine Rolle - lediglich wen man innerhalb der dreißig Tage wie oft besucht hat Einfluss auf die Handlung, in den Dialogen selbst trifft man dann keine Entscheidungen mehr. Das Intro spielt sich tatsächlich wie eine bekannte Adult VN, das Spiel selbst dann ist rein kinetisch angelegt. Man hat dreißig Tage und soll unter fünf potentiellen Kandidatinnen eine Ehefrau wählen. Dazu muss man eine von den fünfen mindestens 10 Mal besuchen, ein Besuch pro Tag ist möglich. Man hat also die Chance, drei Frauen am Ende des Durchgangs einen Heiratsantrag zu machen, wenn man sie abwechselnd nacheinander mit seiner Anwesenheit beglückt. Wie schon von anderer Seite kritisiert passiert die Brautschau aus einer Machtpostition heraus. Man ist ein potentieller Anwärter auf den Königsthron. Und die Brautanwärterinnen sind allesamt Frauen, die von einem abhängig sind, mal ist man Vorgesetzter, Arbeitgeber, Eroberer oder es ist eine Gefangene. Die Rollen könnte man also genaus mit Regisseur/Produzent und Schauspierlerin austauschen und da wissen wir ja alle, wohin es geführt hat. Es gibt eine Replay-Funktion aller Begegnungen, sofern man sie freigeschaltet hat, und funktionierende Steam Errungenschaften. Eigentlich ist das Spiel für den Preis zu kurz, wenn man es gemütlich angehen lässt kann man wohl gute anderthalb bis zwei Stunden hier vertändeln, aber dafür 12 Euro zu ambitioniert. Auch wenn mir persönlich die Modelle und verwendeten Proportionen sehr zusagen. Mir fehlt auch ein wenig die Romantik - ich fühle mich persönlich schon etwas schäbig, wenn die Elfin erst noch darauf hinweist, dass es bei Acition zwischen Elfen und Menschen nicht nur um den Spaß geht, sondern dies nur für Elfen möglich ist, wenn ernsthafte Gefühle vorhanden sind. Und man trotzdem quasi eine ausgiebige Probefahrt unternimmt - einfach weil man auch gar keinen Einfluss auf das Endgame hat. Man muss jeden Tag eine der Damen besuchen, und es kommt zwangsläufig zu sexuellen Handlungen selbst wenn man vorher schon einer Frau seine ewige Treue geschworen hat. Das finde ich etwas kontraproduktiv. Aber das ist mein eigenes moralisches Dilemma, ich habe nichts gegen "Harem-Lösungen" in Adult Visual Novels, da habe ich keine moralischen Bedenken, wenn alle damit einverstanden sind, was mich stört ist es nun mal, wenn man trotz Treueschwur untreu wird und der Dev auch nicht die Möglichkeit im Spiel bietet, auch mal Nein sagen zu können. Aber aufgrund der verwendeten Modelle, eben weil ich diese visuell ansprechend finde, gibt es hier noch eine knappe Empfehlung. Die Geschichte bzw. das Verhalten des MC, auf das man als Spieler im Prinzip keinen Einfluss hat, spricht eigentlich dagegen. Obwohl man den Menschen im Mittelalter Schrägstrich Fantasyreich im Sinne eines Mitttelerde nicht mit #metoo kommen braucht, bin ich in der Beziehung doch etwas sensibler....

Booooooooringgg! You can think of the game as a 5 line bowling game. each line is a girl. after 'n' number of frames ( doesn't matter the number of pins, because it is just reading ) you reach one goal. during the 'game' of one line ( a girl ) there will be some scenes or hot images in between. This is it. the only choice is which line you are gonna play next on a screen with 5 boxes, and each box with the image of a girl.

The artist needs to work on the eyes. A few of the renders make the girls look cross eyed or walleyed. All of the girls seem to have the same body. The plot was like the book "God Bless You Mr. Rosewater." MC banter with the girls was funny so up-voted it. Ironheart was the best as she wants to talk about saving the castle and all he can think about is sex.

Spelling mistakes everywhere. All they do is stand there and talk in 2D. Not entertaining at all to see. Just another Dev for me to boycott. All of their AVNs are the same. Look at them talk in 2D. Even their cartoony ones do the same thing. So stupid! Lack of imagination, and too lazy to give us a decent AVN.

Game is too short about 500 renders total, not worth your money.
