About
The corpos are after you. The cops are, too. Even your ex has crawled out of the grave to try and get you back. Meanwhile, the fate of the galaxy itself rests on a knife's edge, and only you can bar the doors of hell.
Whiskey-Four is a standalone 396,000-word interactive novel by John Louis. It's entirely text-based, without graphics or sound effects, and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination.
You are a retired contract killer from the Anomalous Interference Unit. Injured on the line of duty, you were forced into an early retirement--only to be reactivated on a distant frontier world to address a horrific, unknowable threat.
A great sense of malaise permeates the void. Something big is stirring, something that jeopardizes the entire galaxy.
You're the only person in position to stop it before it's all too late.
Too bad everyone else wants you dead.

One of the best games text based games I've ever played, only complaint is i should've read it sooner. 10/10
Do I recommend this game? HELL YES! The author somehow topped the glory that is I, The Forgotten One. And that's really saying something. John Louis, I kneel. It's also a probably unintentional homage to DELTA GREEN, a tabletop RPG where you're a government agent fighting off eldritch abominations. Suffice to say, if you're a fan of Lovecraft, the X Files, Delta Green, the Call of Cthulhu RPG, Delta Green or all of them, you're gonna love this story. Cannot recommend it enough. 11/10

ITS SO PEAK
The choice is relatively limited in this story, so that might count against it for some. That's not to say there is none though, and I think it's enough to justify the format; being able to personalize the experience fit the story well, it is really a very good story, well worth the asking price and the time.
Sci-fi from the future with equipment from 1990. Embarrassing and stupid. They can do interstellar travel, but the only other thing they have is a dumb mobile phone. The story and plot were written by an idiot.
This was a fun read. For me the draw was less the shooty shoot bang bang (which was ok enough) or the plot (which was solid though nothing groundbreaking) and more the talkie talk: I found the characters amusing to interact with and I did love the drama with U. The concept of the anomalies was pretty cool too imo.
Very good story I must say but it only offer a few real choices that really have impact on the story. It's more like a literal book than an interactive fiction imo. But still a fantastic IF nonetheless
Fantastic storyline that had me gripped through out!
Had a really good time with this one. It's one of those games that just pulls you in, and I ended up playing for way longer than I meant to. The story is well done, with some memorable characters and a world that was genuinely cool to discover. Everything felt pretty well put together. I'd easily recommend it. Looking forward to whatever the developer makes next.
