Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 13.86/day in the week to Aug 22 → 25/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

overall i give this game a 10/10 what remains of edith finch is genuinely one of the most emotional and memorable story-driven games i've ever played. every chapter tells a different story in a unique way, and the variety in the gameplay keeps the experience engaging from start to finish. it's the kind of game that stays with you long after the credits roll. what makes the game so special is its storytelling. each member of the finch family has their own unforgettable story, and the atmosphere, music, and environmental details all come together perfectly. while it's not a long game, every moment feels meaningful and carefully crafted. for the price you pay, i think it is absolutely worth it, especially if you enjoy narrative-focused games. it's an experience rather than a challenge, and it's one i would recommend to anyone who appreciates amazing storytelling in game form.
What Remains of Edith Finch is one of those games where the storytelling techniques outshine the story itself. The atmosphere, environmental storytelling, narration, level design, and the Finch house are all masterfully crafted, creating a mysterious and immersive experience that keeps you curious from beginning to end. Even after finishing the game, you'll probably find yourself thinking about the family's secrets. While I enjoyed the narrative, I felt it was slightly underwhelming compared to the incredible presentation surrounding it—it intrigued me more than it emotionally impacted me. As a walking simulator, the gameplay is exactly what you'd expect, so I don't think it's the focus here. I finished it in under two hours, and it felt like the perfect length. I'd rate the story 7.9/10, but the storytelling, atmosphere, and environmental design are easily 9.5/10. Overall, it's a highly recommended experience for anyone who appreciates great narrative presentation.
For those who are concerned about buying the game or not, let me guide you. The game goes on sale occasionally so I would recommend that to buy it on sale. Not to say that the game is not worth it at full price, it absolutly is. You play as Edith where you learn about your family members stories and something more. The game as beautiful atmosphere, great stories and absolutely stunning soundtrack. It is a relatively short game, abour 2 hours or you are like me and like to explore everything then 3 hours at most. I personally liked Lewis's story the most as I could relate to it really well and could feel his feelings and the reason for his actions. Not to say that other family members story was not good it was. You should just sit back and relax while playing this game because that will give you the best experience. 7/10 Note: My 7 is most people's 8.

I love how the story flows. Even though it’s not very long, it’s still tricky and adventurous. Some parts of the story were actually really sad too. I just don’t understand who killed them! 😂 But anyways, still a 10/10 for me. I felt like I was reading a book while playing this game. 📖🎮
Really really fantastic game, super emotional, loved every second of it.
