We. The Revolution is a unique game with a singular art style set in the blood-soaked and paranoid world of the French Revolution, where often you could not tell a friend from an enemy. As a judge of the Revolutionary Tribunal, you will have to trudge through this setting passing sentences, playing a dangerous political game, and doing everything in your power to not to be guillotined as an enemy of revolution. At the end of a day you will also confront your decisions with your family and very often they will see it differently.
The plot of We. The Revolution will put you in morally ambiguous situations in which there are no obvious solutions, and the decisions you made are never unambiguous. The power over human life and death is a heavy burden, responsibility and strength that can affect the fate of the revolution. keep that in mind each time when passing sentence in the courtroom, while assigning tasks to your agents, giving speeches, and weaving political intrigue behind the scenes. Ну знаете, все уже высказали эту проблему, так что особо много распинатсья не буду. Морали в игре нет а все решения ни на что по итогу не влияют, а сюжет это фанфик про французскую революцию о котором никто не просил. Как то так

I am conflicted on whether this game deserves a thumbs up or a thumbs down, but its' strong points slightly outweigh the weak points so thumbs up it is. Also mild spoilers ahead: The one thing I have to say is that the way the game encourages you to change your approach to gameplay basically in the same way the main character evolves through the story, from seeking justice to only seeking a benefit and ignore giving a proper trial. Or the eventual fall from grace being reflected in how the relationships with others change through gameplay. The gameplay reflects this very well and makes you believe it is your fault helping with immersion. However some parts of the gameplay make barely any sense to me on why they were added and the game keeps adding systems out of which only a few are properly working in tandem. It adds so many things to keep track of that it becomes impossible (although unsure how much of it was on purpose). Simply most of the latter act II and entire act III could have been left in the oven a little more. As far as story goes, it is an enjoyable tragedy where sacrifice comes into play through the story and also the gameplay. Also French revolution is a ripe setting to critique many parts of human existence so that was fun to see. Also politics and corruption. Lot of it. It does have its' weak points but I enjoyed the ride, just wish that it wasn't so bumpy. Art style is good, I don't think there is a need to comment on that. And the voice acting when present is impeccable. Play it if you enjoy games which include historical settings/setting relating to law/stories with a lot of politics and corruption. It's a game you can beat in 2 long evenings anyway.

Jeu avec une narration au poil. On se sent pleinement impliqué dans la peau du juge du Paris de la Révolution dont toutes les actions ont des conséquences. Mais ces conséquences sont souvent trop lourdes. Les erreurs coûtent très cher et poussent à revenir sur les anciennes sauvegardes pour ne pas se retrouver dans une impasse, ce qui rend la partie moins naturelle. Le jeu offre cependant une bonne variété de gameplay et une excellente histoire.
Скажу так, купив эту игру, был приятно удивлен. Искал игру по запросу: "похожие на Dispatch" и выпало это, конечно диспэтчем тут и близко не пахнет, но это довольно годно! Что я получил за 90 центов и примерно за 35 часов игры: Графика Тут не нужно ждать каких-то неземных графонов типа SP2, CP, LoS, нет тут такого нет, тут нарисованная приятная графика в квадратиков и ромбиков, очень приятная на глаз и со многими анимациями, уверенный плюс, смотрится очень не плохо. Сюжет Сюжет довольно обычный, я бы даже сказал однотипный, кто гонится именно за сюжеткой, скажу так, что к середине игры, Вы уже +- будете догадываться, что должно случиться под конец. В конце нет какого-то ВАУ или эффекта неожиданности. Есть еще такая проблема, что в игре Вам надо контактировать постоянно с разными персонажами, и так как многих вы видите в среднем по 1-2 раза, а то и вообще ни разу не видите, а имена естественно европейского характера, в голове происходит постоянно путаница кто есть кто, очень часто приходится открывать список персонажей и перечитывать их биографию, что бы не запутаться в них. В целом так, на разок пойдет, на второй раз проходить бы не стал, искать в интернетах возможные развилки и нелинейности тоже не стал, потому что после прохождения, уже не помню персонажей, которые были в начале. Геймплей Здесь подойдет не каждому, игра сделана в основном на логику и чтение. При этом, поделенная игра на 3 акта, в каждом акте немного по геймплею разная. В игре есть какие-то намеки на нелинейность, что добавляет интереса к игре, но мне кажется, что в итоге они сплетаются все снова в одну линию. Звук Здесь конечно слабовато, во многих моментах, в игре полностью отпадает звук, большую часть играешь только на звуковых эффектах без музыки. Вывод: Игра хорошая, рекомендую к прохождению, но подойдет не всем. Любители шутеров и РПГ где нужно много активничать - сразу минус, игра требует большой усидчивости и терпения :) кто ожидает что-то типа фильма с нелинейностью и большим правом выбора типа Dispatch и The Dark Pictures - тоже не ваше, нет такого разнообразия действий, обычно ты всегда к чему-то привязан, что у тебя нет права выбора. Здесь вы получите сначала полный симулятор судьи, потом игру в угадайку и под конец пошаговую мини-стратегию. Кто любит сидеть логически думать и вчитываться - это игра для вас!
