Great game, finished WD 2 & Legion (3) before playing it, but still has solid gameplay.

Multiplayer did not work in the steam version - i had to buy watch dogs from ubisoft store - played the game 10-20minutes and tried if the multiplayer worked on the ubisoft version which it did - refunded the ubisoft version - tried the steam version again and unlocked the multiplayer now after getting the ubisoft licence. Now having trouble getting the achievement where u need to get invaded 5 times, ive left my pc on for like 5 nights and only got invaded 3 time and none of those were at night while i was afk.

Watch_Dogs is Ubisoft attempted at Grand Theft Auto style open world game and while the hacking mechanics, the city of Chicago and the general mood of the game are good it has a lot of issues. The story isn't anything amazing but the dull characters (expect T-Bone) and bad dialogue make it worse. The vigilante aspect of the gameplay is pretty annoying as Aiden isn't the never kill vigilante type but some missions and side mission require you to not kill the target and it can become very frustrating to knock down the target without killing. The sound mastering is also pretty bad and everything is very quiet and you need to turn the volume up but then the vocal songs that play on some mission are very loud (and they also suck). The unskippable credits is also insane and if you alt-tab there is a chance that game go into a black screen and you have to start over from the last checkpoint and speaking of checkpoint some are very far apart and you end up having to list some long dialogue. The game has a few junky moments and the PC port is also a bit of mess and require some tweaking. For Intel ARC users they are some ARC specific issues for some graphics setting and frame drops during cutscenes but they dont prevent you from playing the game from start to finish.
its fun
this game is all that i want from a open world game and a hacker game , storywise great and gameplay is phenomenal and game is well optimized
