Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I really want to like the game, I like Warhammer and I like XCCM. .... however the game hat a sound an d cammera issues. Furthermore the game has some very annoying features that start to get annoying very fast. I have hoever a lot of hope for the next one.
To some, this may not be better than other games of this kind, but if you like Warhammer then it is!

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 27: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'm so sick of nurgles as enemies after playing this and inquisitor martyr (and so many other 40k games from the past 10 years). They are the basic space zombies of 40k lore and super boring compared to so many other options that could have been chosen. I get why devs use them, they are an easy button for hordes of simple AI. But ffs GW, encourage your dev partners to explore the universe a bit! Rant over... its a pretty sweet XCOM clone with some cool tweaks to the formula and 40k atmosphere. Good on a sale and I'll definitely get plenty of hours out of it. At some point I'm going to be very sick of killing yet another nurgle though and that will likely cap my total playtime.
Coming up on 300 hours of gameplay, this game has rapidly become one of my favourites. I'll keep it short: Gameplay - If you liked xcom 2, get ready for a smoother and more polished experience. The fighting and shooting are punchy, most abilities feel rewarding to upgrade into, and I am still finding new layers of depth to the game. For hard-mode, beating the game on ironman mode was extremely rewarding. For the hardest difficulty - even with almost twice as many hours in xcom 2, all on ironman - I'll admit I've been having more fun saving between turns, after the 10th or so campaign failure. The tactical game is really deep aboard the Edict (even though it still cries out for repairs) - and the combat is *chef's kiss. There are maybe only 5 points in the game where I felt screwed over, and all of those moments started with "I thought my Callidus Assassin was safe next to these explosive barrels." Each enemy unit is straightforward - but they become challenging and interesting when mixed together. I enjoyed every boss fight - and they all felt very different from each other. Story - I definitely didn't need a good story. A clean xcom experience with some warhammer 40k vibes would have been great for the cost of the game. But I was REALLY impressed. The dynamic between the three main characters (as usual for this genre, the PC is just "the commander" that everyone talks at) is tense, engaging, and really fills out the world. The one-on-one conversations with each character is engaging, and Vakir's character arc floored me. Obviously, if you're a big 40k nerd, there are so many nods and easter eggs and characters floating around - but, if you're down to just vibe in a new world and listen through some sci-fi mumbo-jumbo, i think it's still probably a really enjoyable story for a non-warhammer player. Aesthetics - I don't know which people on the team were specifically in charge of handling the space travel cinematics but OH MY GOD. My jaw still drops within the first... what... couple minutes(?) after the tutorial where there is a trippy warp-space cinematic. Each of them are stunning. Music is fantastic and orchestral. Voice acting is solid across the board, even the little barks from your Grey Knights / Assassins. The three main voice actors obviously get applause for bringing such richness and depth to their characters. Level Design - Yeah, this is getting it's own shout out. Not just for the well-designed maps. Not just for the interesting layouts of cover, explosives, not just the mini-rewards. But for the fact that you'll be going through the map and then realize "OH MY GOD THERE'S AN EYE THERE!!! OH MY GOD THERE ARE EYES EVERYWHERE." It's so easy to catch most of the map, go about your business, and then realize just how messed up the world has gotten. Bugs - Almost none. Infrequently, after a long play session, a unit might get stuck in an animation and i'll get hard-locked... but the auto-save is so robust that I can just close out, get back in pretty quickly, and start up no more than one turn or one activation back. I will highly recommend this game to anyone who likes the genre or 40k, or especially both. I will be buying the Deathwatch game the millisecond it comes on sale (and I am definitely usually the guy who waits until steep discounts for everything).
初见一些机制不熟悉容易一直死导致滚雪球,熟悉机制之后越玩越爽,刺客小队更是各各都是人才,剧情挺有意思的,最后还能揍小莫我说不错。
It's got issues, but overall it's a very satisfying XCom like. Just don't be afraid to look up info, not everything is spelled out super clear in-game.
solid fun and excited to up the difficulty for a replay!!!
For the Emperor !!!
