Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Jul 23 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is a fast-paced turn-based strategy game set in the grimdark universe of the 41st Millennium. Pick your force, develop your army, field mighty heroes and fight for victory using superior strategy, awesome abilities, and devastating weaponry.
Experience an epic twenty mission single-player campaign that explores the aftermath of the Devasta-tion of Baal. Help Sergeant Carleon and his allies purge the Tyranid infestation on Baal Secundus, and preserve the honour of the noble Blood Angels.
Fight across the surface of Baal on maps of your choosing in the Skirmish mode. Pick the faction you'll lead as well as the one you'll face. Completely customize your army list by selecting your units, heroes and their loadouts. It is available with three different types of Objective: Exterminatus, Conqueror and Strategic Command.
Planetary Supremacy is a conquest-style skirmish campaign, introduced in a free update as part of our ever expanding plan for Battlesector, in which you, the player, decide the outcome.
Take command of your favourite faction and conquer the planet in a series of procedurally generated skirmish battles. To achieve victory, capture more tiles, acquire strategic resources and expand your army. Then, bring destruction to your enemies in Skirmish battles.
Daemonic Incursion is a single-player mode that is available to all Battlesector players as part of a free update that was launched alongside the Sisters of Battle Faction Pack. In Daemonic Incursion, waves of Khornate daemons enter realspace to spill blood, collect skulls and overrun your forces. This is a last-stand mode, in which your objective is simple: SURVIVE!
Command iconic units like the Sanguinary Priest, the Librarian Dreadnought, and the Hive Tyrant to annihilate your foes. Use over 60 abilities and 50 weapons to orchestrate your opponent’s bloody de-mise.
Each faction has a unique Momentum system that can result in a Surged unit. Units that Surge are able to string together superhuman chains of actions, or use the opportunity to further upgrade their abili-ties.
Use Command Points to call in faction-specific air support abilities. The Blood Angels Stormraven can obliterate xenos with a missile barrage, or deep strike a unit of veteran Assault Marines behind enemy lines. Meanwhile, the Tyranid Harpy can devastate the enemy defenses with its Sonic Screech, or scat-ter the battlefield with its deadly Spore Mines.
With live and asynchronous multiplayer, and hotseat modes available, there’s no excuse not to take your friends to war.

Great Game, very replayable and good selecion of armies. Would like to see the top 10 space marine factions though instead of just poxy blood angels. Dark Angels, White Scar please
You're dropped into a Blood Angels campaign, cleaning up a moon infested with Tyranids after a brutal invasion almost wiped everything out. The lore can get dense and a bit hard to follow if you're new, but the turn-based combat carries the whole thing on its shoulders. Every mission you unlock new units and upgrades, and that loop is surprisingly addictive. It gets a bit slow when the enemy has a ton of units and you're just waiting your turn, but once you're moving your Blood Angels across the board and things start exploding, it all comes together. Good tactics game that respects your decisions.

I found this is a pretty good game, and will probably more enjoyable if you're a fan of Warhammer 40K, though it isnt necessary to be very familiar with 40k. Its a turn based tactical game, but instead of moving individuals you have units, heavy vehicles and hero characters. So maybe a bit more like Dawn of War meets Xcom. For anyone familiar with playing Warhammer on the table top, it does feel a little bit inspired by that too. For example you build your force up from a selection of units with each unit costing a certain amount of points. You're given a limit of somewhere from 1000 - 2000 points, so very much like building your force for the tabletop. When playing the levels you take your turn and move you units, shoot or melee attack enemy units. So again a bit like the tabletop. However the similarity mostly ends there. For example in this game positioning is more crucial as attacking an enemy flank or from the rear does more damage. And there are percentages to hit an enemy when shooting based on weapon type and enemy distance etc. Most of my experience was with the single player campaign which is pretty good and pretty lengthy with 20 missions. You play as a Blood Angel Space Marine force fighting against a Tyranid invasion. Its a pretty fun campaign as you unlock more unit types, abilities and buffs as you progress through the campaign. Likewise the Tyranids get access to more unit types as the campaign progresses. Most of the units for the Blood Angels are from around 8th edition when Primaris were introduced, so you have Intercessors, Aggressors and Hellblasters for example. I did have a couple of minor complaints about the campaign. One being that usually the most optimal way to play most levels is to just move your force forward slowly and make heavy use of overwatch. The AI usually will punish you for advancing too quickly as you have a limited range of visibility while the AI isnt similarly hindered. So it does feel a bit constraining on how you approach each level. The other was that, as much as I love the Tyranids (I collect a Tyranid army) it would have been nice to have maybe a second enemy faction like the Orks or Necrons for the campaign. About half way through the campaign you'll have met most Tyranid units by then and it gets a bit tiring gunning down countless units of gaunts in every level. And on that subject, and this being a Warhammer strategy game, there are of course a load of DLCs. However while most of these DLCs add new factions you cant use them in the campaign. Only for the Planetary Supremacy, Skirmish and Multiplayer. Now, if you end up enjoying the game and those modes then the DLC may be more worthwhile to you but most of them feel sort of expensive for what they are. There is a Sisters of Battle DLC campaign, but that campaign is a separate DLC from the other Sisters of Battle faction DLC, so it does feel like a bit of an insult. On a slightly more positive note, the DLC factions can still be controlled by the AI in the Planetary Supremacy etc modes, so you can still sort of see what they are like before you decide to buy. So overall my recommendation is that this is a pretty good game albeit with some flaws but might be worth a try if it sounds enjoyable to you. If you do want to give it a try I would say buy it without the DLC first and give it a try, and only buy the DLC later if you enjoy the game. The one DLC that might be worth it if you are planning on playing the main campaign is the Blood Angels Elite one, as it adds Assault Terminators and Sanguinary Guard for the Blood Angels, and you can use those in the main campaign. Even then you could still play some of the campaign missions first to see if this game is for you.
