Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Jul 23 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is a fast-paced turn-based strategy game set in the grimdark universe of the 41st Millennium. Pick your force, develop your army, field mighty heroes and fight for victory using superior strategy, awesome abilities, and devastating weaponry.
Experience an epic twenty mission single-player campaign that explores the aftermath of the Devasta-tion of Baal. Help Sergeant Carleon and his allies purge the Tyranid infestation on Baal Secundus, and preserve the honour of the noble Blood Angels.
Fight across the surface of Baal on maps of your choosing in the Skirmish mode. Pick the faction you'll lead as well as the one you'll face. Completely customize your army list by selecting your units, heroes and their loadouts. It is available with three different types of Objective: Exterminatus, Conqueror and Strategic Command.
Planetary Supremacy is a conquest-style skirmish campaign, introduced in a free update as part of our ever expanding plan for Battlesector, in which you, the player, decide the outcome.
Take command of your favourite faction and conquer the planet in a series of procedurally generated skirmish battles. To achieve victory, capture more tiles, acquire strategic resources and expand your army. Then, bring destruction to your enemies in Skirmish battles.
Daemonic Incursion is a single-player mode that is available to all Battlesector players as part of a free update that was launched alongside the Sisters of Battle Faction Pack. In Daemonic Incursion, waves of Khornate daemons enter realspace to spill blood, collect skulls and overrun your forces. This is a last-stand mode, in which your objective is simple: SURVIVE!
Command iconic units like the Sanguinary Priest, the Librarian Dreadnought, and the Hive Tyrant to annihilate your foes. Use over 60 abilities and 50 weapons to orchestrate your opponent’s bloody de-mise.
Each faction has a unique Momentum system that can result in a Surged unit. Units that Surge are able to string together superhuman chains of actions, or use the opportunity to further upgrade their abili-ties.
Use Command Points to call in faction-specific air support abilities. The Blood Angels Stormraven can obliterate xenos with a missile barrage, or deep strike a unit of veteran Assault Marines behind enemy lines. Meanwhile, the Tyranid Harpy can devastate the enemy defenses with its Sonic Screech, or scat-ter the battlefield with its deadly Spore Mines.
With live and asynchronous multiplayer, and hotseat modes available, there’s no excuse not to take your friends to war.

Reviews
Despite being nearly 5 years old, this game still has a TON of bugs. Campaigns and single player game modes are uninteresting and low quality. AI is braindead and offers absolutely no challenge. Only PvP is interesting, except it is very difficult to find a match as basically no one plays it.
Fun gameplay, great music and sound design, and the narrative campaigns are really something special. Here's hoping they release more and more of them.

I found the main campaign to be fun enough to buy a DLC. Only to find that the game outside the main campaign isn't very fleshed out.
its a simplified version of the tabletop game. its great for 30 minutes with your friends, and despite being old as dirt, it still gets updates and new dlc. it will take a bit to learn how to do things, but not because its super complicated, but because theres just a lot there. (i swear to all the gods that if eldar isnt the next dlc faction im crashing out. weve been waiting for eldar since they started doing faction dlcs and we keep getting jipped)
Best 40k tabletop to video game translation, IMO
Even on sale the DLC is too much to make this a full game.
If you want a more up-forward version of 8th + 9th edition tabletop 40K this is a good place, but be ward there are video game HP values and damage values to compensate. IE 120 HP per model vs 55 dmg per attack kinda deal.
Very good and addictive turn-based gameplay with plenty of depth and new DLC being added all the time. I initially bought this on Xbox (now sold) and barely touched it but I managed to pick it up very cheap on PC and decided to give it a fair crack as a few friends said they absolutely love it and tbh I love it now too. It's definitely one of those games where i can just go back to and play every now and then.
