About
VTOL VR is a near-futuristic combat flight game built specifically for Virtual Reality. Pilot advanced multi-role jets, using your hands to flip switches, press buttons, and manipulate the virtual flight controls. Take on a wide array of challenges that will put your flight skills, situational awareness, and combat tactics to the test.
No extra hardware is required. If you have a VR set with tracked controllers, then you have a virtual cockpit where you can reach out and interact with the stick and throttle, flip switches, press buttons, and even pull the eject handle if things go wrong.
Immerse yourself in action packed combat missions, delicate vertical landings, aircraft carrier operations, aerial refueling and more.
Create and fly custom missions which you can share with other pilots using the built-in mission editor and map editor.
Join fellow pilots online for PVP or PVE multiplayer missions!

best game ever
possibly the coolest flight game i've played just behind DCS the cockpit interactivity in vr is the best thing about this game, you really feel like you're flying that hunk of metal i know graphics aren't everything but the maps and the visuals look a little too bare, but still 9/10 game
EXPLODE EXPLODE EXPLODE EXPLODE I LOVE EXPLODING THINGS
I got this game 2 days and I've already played 12 hours, I've been eyeing out this game for a while, but I was a bit skeptical of it, kinda looked a bit goofy and crude, I couldn't have been more wrong, so far it's the most realistic and fun fully VR flight/combat Sim I've ever tried, you get a small selection of planes (and a heli if you get the dlc, which I highly recommend) you can select what weapons to carry on each pylon from an ample selection, anything from laser/optical guided AGM's, GPS bombs, rockets, Laser guided rockets, to external fuel tanks and AA missiles and guns. The game has tutorials that explain the basics of flight, control and weapons that are quick, fun and efficient. Once you finish those, there are a bunch of scenarios and campaing to play with each vehicle, and you have workshop campaings on top of that! so you can play maps and missions the community made, and the best part, it has multiplayer!! and even coop multiplayer! so you and your friend can hop into a helicopter or a jet, and while one flies trying not to crash and dodging missiles from every direction, the other can be in the front seat gunning everything and everyone down, the second I saw this feature, I instantly bought the game and the dlc's (which are super inexpensive for what they offer, specially if you get them on sale) and I quickly explained to him how to work around the controls of the gunner, given he hates flying and has never liked games like these, and we've already done two 3-4h sessions on the different missions the game offers, and we've both had a blast. The AI of the enemies is not extremely good, but to be honest, flying in vr in this game totally makes up for it, it's still challenging and fun, and if you have a friend that likes (or not) flying and fighting in planes/helis, this is a game you will highly enjoy
its a good game but barebones. the modding scene was great but the modders all left and is a shell of what it was with none of them working or existing due to them swapping to steam workshop.
This game made me feel like playing VR for the first time again 3 years ago. Vtol VR was the best VR game I have played and will continue to be. Not even VFM was better than this. If you have Nuclear Option you should get this. (VFM is also good).
fun when you can find a game of people playing a dogfight server, bvr is for cucks who can't dogfight but it seems to always have a populated server
Low quality but its pretty fun to play with friends
very relistic. took 6hrs to learn how to turn on the plane. very fun
Cool VR plane flying game Much easier for my non plane nerd brain to understand than DCS
