VOIDFACE

I think this game is brilliant because it makes the bullet hell genre, a type of game known for being extremely difficult and overwhelming for new players, into something that is not only approachable, but very fun and addicting. Although this game is hard, the difficulty comes in short intervals where you can infinitely retry stages as much as you'd like, making losses hardly punishing at all. Also, the developers are really nice and by joining their Discord you can get a fun community to hang out with as you struggle and progress through the game's levels. If you've played games like Enter the Gungeon or Vampire Survivors and want to be on the receiving end of a bullet pattern for once, you'll definitely love and appreciate this game.

Genuinely the best game i've played that came out this year. Recommended if you're really good at bullet hells

The game is fun! I like the art style, and it has cool music. Big shoutout to the developers, and I want to thank you, Abho, for listening to the feedback. To anyone who thinks the game lacks stages, no worries—there will be future updates! As always, I wish you guys the best and keep up the good work. I see a bright future for the devs.

VOIDFACE is honnestly a really good bullet hell! :D The game is quite short though, you can clear the main content in around 6 - 8 hours But it's lenght comes from the achievement hunting and the golden times (a bit like Ultrakill with it's P-rank) There's some musics in there too that are ABSOLUTELY FIRE!! :D I'll say though, there is quite a few things that this game NEEDS. There's way too much QoL that are missing Here are some of my complaints: First of all, whenever one of your "ritual abilities" ends, the game slows down for a bit and it HONNESTLY ruins the flow of the game (also made me die a few times :D). Like, it's great and all but there should be an option to deactivate that. Like in any bullet hell, your hitbox is a dot. In VOIDFACE, the "dot" is attached to the character.png. Your character will ALWAYS look in the direction of your cursor. for SOME REASONS, whenever you look left or right, the "dot" ALSO MOVES So if you're standing still and there's bullets coming your way, you don't want to move, but then the enemy moves so you have to adjust to aim on him and after that your hitbox moves with the character moving, killing you in the process RAAAAAH >:V!!! Oh and PLEASE LET ME REMOVE DYNAMIC CAMERA A fixed screen would be SO MUCH BETTER than having my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ camera going awooga as I'm trying to dodge bullets In all and all though, we really enjoyed the experience :D The style of the game is quite unique and there's a few interactions that really adds to the "try and find out" In summary, if you like to go for boss rush/time trials with difficulty, buy this game! :D
