Start with nothing... End with everything! All you have is a basic ship, barely fit for combat, with it you'll start your journey and empire. A open world space sandbox, inspired by and expanding the classics.

Fun space RPG with a lot of factions and ship variety (almost 100+ different ships).
Honestly, i wanted to like this game. I didn't even get to the points where the game allegedly "takes off" because of how insufferable it is to deal with at even just the stage i was at in a mere near 4 hours of play. The game controls like garbage and is not intuitive with its controls either, leading me to dread how it would feel to have to control several ships when even controlling one is often a nightmare. Combat feels like a bad joke where you're either trying desperately to shoot at something in vain, while getting reduced to swiss cheese by the very things you're shooting at. or you simply can't find the very thing you want to shoot at even with the ability to lock onto it!, while it has no trouble finding you! And the game loves to crash as well, for basically no good reason and without any warning! my first sign to not play this game should have been the fact it crashed immediately when all i did was try to start the story mode! There has to be better space games you can play that offer similar and yet entirely better gameplay and performance then this one. go find one.
Extremely buggy. Lags even on the menus, usually can't even get it to start up. Seems obviously abandoned by the dev.
Fun little game
i really enjoyed this game, got my ~70 hours in the space of 2 weeks. looking forward to what's next by Iteration 11. Not sure what other people are reporting about it being broken, my experience with it was stable. Not always balanced and the UI was clunky but serviceable and fulfilled a nice area combining several genres into something fun but significantly more approachable and arcadey (in a good way) than something like X4.
Game states that it partially works with my Xbox controller... well it does not. On the input menus it doesn't let me input anything, and as i start a new game, the ship is controllable for the first 5 seconds and then nothing, can only shoot... and again the input menus do not work, tried with different controllers to be sure. Quickest refund i have ever asked for in my life.
its awesome controls take some learning but it is worth the time
just get this alongside vd2 rebalanced mod, best mod ever which brought back the vd1 ships, also made the dlc ships available for npcs and outsiders in sandbox ps:also make sure to use a ram cleaner program, cuz this game is quite a ram hog after playing a while
I have no idea how to play it. It took me several attempts not to die in the tutorial battle. Once it ended i had no idea what to do. I would recommend x4 instead.
Good dev good game
