a pleasant retro-inspired adventure
This is sort of like what you would have had if Sierra made games like King's Quest etc. on a machine that's halfway between and EGA PC and an Atari 2600. If you like the Sierra Quest games you'll probably find this shorter but enjoyable.
Void Breach is a very fun point and click adventure reminiscent of the great old games like King's Quest.

A short and cheerful AGI-esque adventure game.
This game is available for a bargain, I love the other Cosmic Void games so bought this. Old-school pixel arts graphics, but mouse controlled. There's not a massive amount of items or characters, so when I got stuck I tried everything with everything to progress. There's a lot of walking back and forth around the map, so you should go back to previous locations if you get stuck. It should take 2-3 hours.
Great little cosmic adventure game! A bit rough around the edges (as would be expected for a very early game from this dev), but it plays well, has some wonderful low-res 16 color artwork, and the music is fantastic throughout. The tone and mood are great, exploring the gameworld really gives you an offbeat & otherworldly feel that's hard to capture. Looks like a parser game but it's fully point & click. Definitely worth a play if you want an adventure you can finish in two to three well-spent hours.
Great little game - not too hard but just a fun retro point-'n-click. Not a lot of moon magic, so it is great for people who love adventure games but get frustrated with their crazy "just-need-to-try-everything" nonsense.
I love Cosmic Void games, I adore them. This game has all the hallmarks as to why, that the puzzles make sense and are well thought out. The environments have the same charm that I find gorgeous. The control system and the lack of knowing what can be interact with can cause a bit of frustration but honestly this game is very much a treat.
An awesome game and a great replication of the old Sierra games. Highly recommend this to anyone that enjoyed playing adventure games in the late 80s and early 90s.
I have to admit this isn't particularly my style of point and click, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I'm not a huge fan of the old Sierra games, who this game is squarely aimed at, but there's plenty to enjoy in the way of storyline, humour and exploration, with obviously a fair bit of puzzle-solving along the way. It has an enjoyably wacky plot and plenty of interesting characters. The graphics are functional but consistent and often contains a surprising amount of detail, and the music fits the game really well. Overall recommended to point and click fans but especially if you have fond memories of 80s Sierra-on-Line titles.
