This app is really cool and let's you make some bad ass drawings. However, there's a few flaws/gaps in the interface that could be addressed. 1.) Pressing "Back" to Main Menu should prompt you to save 2.) You should be able to select a color you've already used on the wall. 3.) There should be more than one undo step 4.) There should be a redo step 5.) There should be a color/texture the same as the wall (e.g brick paint) or "deletion" paint
Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers
Even though this is called VivesSray, it works on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers. However, the controls are pretty wonky because the touchpad is what is being used for stuff like changing colors or saving / loading and on the Oculus Touch you have to press down on the joystick and either up/down/left/right. It ends up being very inconsistent and unwieldy. However, it does work as long as you are patient. The actual program is very barebones. I was surprised that people thought this was an alternative to Kingspray. It is not. Then the dev decided to make Vivespray 2 and leave this here as is, outdated and all. The only reason I bought this game is because the bundle (ViveSpray 1 + Vivespray 2) was actually cheaper than just buying Vivespray 2. Because I was harsh on the dev for leaving this game behind, I'll review Vivespray with fresh eyes without any mention of this abandonment. Rate 4.5/10. I mean if you get it for less than a dollar it may be worth it if you have no other spray paint sim game. It's not worth $4 though, which is sad to think about how that's even possible

12/10/2016: Really fun and surprisingly responsive as a painting sim. Suitably immersive, especially with music. Interfaces are deceptively simplistic; colours are easily found and creating layered palettes was a breeze. My only gripes are the controls being too easy to hit by accident, erasing the work entirely by changing resolution irked me. 12/11/2016: Resolution changes can't be hit by accident anymore! Nothing negative to say at all, only praise for the continued work being done on the interface, level design, and overall polish by the developer.
bis auf weiteres werden alle steam spiele mit einem daumen runter bewertet bis mir die möglichkeit gegeben wird auf die alte bibliothek zu wechsel.
No "Native" Left-Handed support...Although it does function when you move the can controller to your left hand, which you can't even effectively do with the competitions graffiti program. Sure, it doesn't have the polish the other one has, but it also doesn't have the price tag either. If you want a stripped down, functional tagging program you can't really go wrong here.
New Review: Has potential, this time when I played I was able to see a white outline on a wall that let me spray on it. I haven't picked up a spray can since the early 90s and this was a good feeling again ;) I REALLY wish the cans made noise when you shake them, I also wish there was paint drip. There are zero ambient noises which I'm not sure if it's me or the game but I think it would be nice to hear something besides silence and the paint hiss. Theres no indication on how to spray other walls, I couldnt get the white box to move (even tho it's a game it still doesn't feel right spraying over someone elses graf). I would do the control scheme to be like the lab it would make more sense moving around because the grip buttons are a ♥♥♥♥♥ to click sometimes. I appreciate the dev reaching out too. Original Review below with bug: Would be cool if it worked. Spawn in alley way, finally figure out you hit grip to walk... Walk to a wall and spray can will not spray and show up on the wall for the life of me. Tried different walls and paint colors and no luck. Tried for 5 minutes before I finally gave up. Frustrating experience all around.
Bare bones spray paint simulator, maybe on sale, there are better alternatives.
Great graff simulator with active and responsive devs. This game is not as polished as KingSpray but has a better pressure and cap system. My only real wish was that I had a much larger space to paint on. I get done 3 letters and I'm out of room.
j'aime le graffe j'admire ceux qui le pratique. avec vive spray ont a vraiment l impression d être dans un monde ou l ont peut crée sans contrainte ! malgré quelque défauts s ai une bombe (spray ) : )
AWESOME but PLEASE move umdo and clear buttons. Twice already today I spent an hour working on something only to undo by mistake and then eventually clear my whole piece by mistake. Undo and clear buttons need to be moved where you do noy hit them by mistake. I gave up playing but will keep it anyhow it is awesome minus these two things. SAVE OFTEN althogh one of my two times was when I tried to save it. I hit clear instead SOMEHOW and I lost an hours worth of work,
