Virus Popper is a free VR game that make fun of the COVID epidemic. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played good, sounded ok. Has 11 steam achievements. Does teach you something about keeping well during this epidemic. It is fun to play. Have added a Hard mode to the game. Have added more maps with more music, that you have to unlock. Have DLC for 2.99 dollars that give 2 more maps, skins, better weapons. Try it, you might love it.

This is a game I can recommend because it's free. It's basically a mini-game (singular) experience that is well-polished. I think kids or families with kids may enjoy this game more than I did. It's quite simple, but polished. You basically wash your hands for 20 seconds and the game starts. You sanitize viruses coming towards you with several different cleaning tools, some of which are more effective than others. There's some power-ups (vitamin C) and some power-downs (toilet paper). Stand-still 180 wave shooter type actions, except you're cleaning the viruses to oblivion. Try to last as long as possible and get high combo scores is the goal .. and to wash your hands. [b]Rate 6/10. It's free. I won't play it again, but I can see kids enjoying this ... maybe.[/b]

Edit: New update ads variety to the game, certainly worth checking out again. More weapons, more maps, more virus variants and you don't have to wash your hands.... Simple game for some entertainment. If only "the virus" was this easy to see in real life, I'd be a pro at popping it. Or, do like Dave and avoid it all together for 3 minutes ;)
