Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 7 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

There's plenty of games that aim to be like Mega-Man. Or they say they're like Mega-Man. But they're not really like Mega-Man. I'm not sure if the devs claim this game is like Mega-Man, but it's the closet thing to Mega-Man I've played in a very long time. Yet it maintains it's own very unique art style and power systems that makes it its own. Out the gate in the first few minutes of the game I was like "hmmm IDK, is this game a little stiff?" Once I finished the tutorial level, I realized it wasn't. I've skipped a ton of the story scenes, but the moments I've paid attention, it's not bad. Especially as the story progresses. They let you skip pretty much every single story element if you want if you just wanna play the game. It won't effect your progress. I have no idea what these characters are supposed to be. V-Tubers? Fictional? I haven't paid attention. This game is so good all of those things are largely irrelevant. If you're into whatever these characters are supposed to be, even better. The sprite work done here is very good. All the characters look wildly different. Their illustrations in game are quality manga pieces. There's even a gallery to view all the art once unlocked (as well as a section of fan art that includes a decent amount of art and a few tame fan service images) Maybe some of the sections of some stages the art feel a little 'boxy' but it still works. Every stage has its own identity and design. If you want to replay a level, you don't have to fight the boss again. The boss fights get moved to their own room in the home base to solo them alone once you defeat them on the level. And you'll most likely want to replay the levels to find hidden rooms or stuff you couldn't find because you needed a specific power up first. Or maybe you just wanna play the stage for money to buy stuff. It doesn't feel like a chore. These devs have outdone what most pro studios do for their games. Sure it's indie, but it's quality across all elements of coding and design is something you rarely see from anyone.

i don't really know/care about vtubers, so a lot of the referential material about them in this game is completely lost on me. furthermore, the poor english translation present in this game made investment in the story somewhat difficult. i picked this game up because i heard it plays a lot like the mega man zero games, and indeed, it does. other than being a bit too easy, i quite enjoyed the experience of playing this game. it has a lot of really smart ideas. it does a good job of blending zero-style ex skills and elemental attributes with classic/x style weapons. the different "supports" are all pretty distinct and aren't *just* screen nukes. i think my favorite supports by far were the giant fire attack that also makes your own attacks shoot fire waves for a bit, and the attack where you get giant floating fists shooting and punching in tandem with your attacks. those supports that *are* screen nukes do all function pretty distinctly from each other. the simultaneous inclusion of both the mega man 11 styled right stick quick select and the zx advent styled radial selector were very welcome. this game wears its mega man inspirations on its sleeve. the general style, and more specifically a lot of the visuals and music, seem pretty obvious in what they're referencing. an industrial volcano stage with a very particular sound to its heavy guitar song? reminds me a lot of one of zero 3's stages! it even has lava tiles that are very similar to how they look in zero 3, and a lava wall chase mechanic basically identical to the one in zx. in general, there are a whole bunch of sprites in this game that are pretty clearly edited off of random mega man sprites. this is not a critique. this is a good thing. i think more games should blatantly use the ideas of other good games. whoever was in charge of the gameplay design very clearly spent a good while studying the zero/zx games for their gameplay quirks and successes and flaws. for example, the idea of restricting the air spin to a charge attack is incredibly smart, and giving the up sword ex skill a charge variant is fun. i appreciate this game a whole lot even with my difficulty and content related critiques. i would love to see the developers of this game make more games of this sort. this is an easy recommend for anyone who likes the gameplay of inti creates' mega man offerings and needs something a bit fresh.
Good game, would recommend
bought this for $10 and now the steam sale is $8, should've waited but o well. beat this in about 7hr going at my own pace with about 80% completion on normal. It's a failry short game that you can do in 1 sitting. I'd say it's worth it if you can get it cheap.
