"THIS IS IN EARLY ACCESS?!" - me, after enjoying every nanosecond of this tightrope-controlled perfect 2D platformer that dishes out banger after banger of levels and mechanics.
I'm a bit in a loss of words – it's like if Frogatto and Friends was created for masochists with reaction of a NASCAR driver. Now first of all, the graphics are gorgeous, and the movement is SMOOOOTH, just bliss for your eyes. However, where it gets unfun, is when you need to think out-of-the-box in two seconds on what character you'll switch into (there are four characters with different abilities), calculate quickly whether your moves will cover the distance needed to traverse. While there is an option to slow down time for thinking, it still is very muscle memory and coordination based game. I'm more of a casual gamer, who likes platformers, and I think the game would benefit from having some sort of "Easy" mode, which would have more checkpoints on each stage, and I'll voice that checkpoint-based resumption would further improve quality of life for the game; I'm a rage-quitter, and I'd prefer to restart levels within progress at my peak without needing to restart first part of the level over rather than having to undergo that part again, and then continuing with the part I'm stuck on. I finished 40% of the gameplay within 7:36:56 hours, and now I feel like I got burned out by the game and I don't really see myself coming back anytime soon. It's an art piece for what it is, an advanced platformer for those that guzzle pain, maybe I suck at this game, but oh well...
Great game! I'm looking forward to the final release a lot! I'd recommend this to anyone who would enjoy 2D platformers, that require (very!!) percise actions and are looking for a challenge! The difficulty control is also pretty good. If you do like 2D platformers, but don't want to worry about it being challenging and percise, but still want to enjoy what this game has to offer, no problem! You can turn on assist mode and make it a whole lot easier! The replayability is also great! There's a level editor so you never run out of new content to enjoy, and even make your own content if you want! Not only that, once you beat a level you unlock a time trial you can beat in a select portion of said level, but keep in mind these time trials are VERY challenging if you're playing for the first time! In terms of replayability, you can keep trying to beat your time!
its goud 👍
Haven't played the game much, since I only just beat the first boss, but I can definitely say it's a good game. It looks amazing, has a great soundtrack, and the gameplay is fun as well. It's really difficult though, and it doesn't help that I suck at platformers.
Es muy bueno el juego tienes que comprarlo
the difficulty is insane, but the devs have taken my feedback and plan to tune it down a bit, so thanks guys
