Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Utopia Must Fall is a vector-flavored base-defending arcade shooter with rapid progression, procedurally generated attack waves and enough upgrade variety to suit both the defensive or aggressive player.
It incorporates elements from tower defense, roguelikes and beyond, all neatly packaged into a laser-sharp bullet-purgatory arcade frenzy!
Easy To Learn: firing happens automatically, just steer the city's turret and launch the occasional sky-clearing nuclear warhead. Each day of survival is rewarded with an upgrade for your defenses, choose wisely to keep humanity alive for as long as possible.
Sizable Upgrade Tree: progress is fast and allows you to pick strategies to suit your playing style — beef up your rail gun into a multi-barrel death machine, strengthen your shield's auto defense abilities, deploy and configure an array of autonomous battle drones and laser turrets, or go all out on aggression and see out Utopia's final days with a stockpile of nukes and a shotgun the size of a building.
Arcade-Focused: In Utopia, all universes are created equal, and death is final. Earn upgrades and unlock new abilities by completing mini-challenges as you defend the city. There is a light meta-progression now that allows you to unlock Opportunity Upgrades to use in later runs, but the vast majority of options are unlocked with skill as opposed to grind. Get good to get the good stuff!
Laser-Shiny: built with our own V99 graphics engine, bringing you the retro-modern vector arcade style you didn't know you needed yet.

Wonderful throwback to the 1980s arcade era, with great vector-inspired graphics, pulse-pounding sound design, and incredibly dry humour. As a Gen Xer, this pushes all the right buttons.
Neat gameplay loop, supreme sound effects, ok replayability.

Great visuals and addictive gameplay. I quite like the unique options you have to defend your city.
For a game that is essentially a combination of Missile Command, Asteroids, and Space Invaders, Utopia Must Fall is a strangely moving little game at times. The story is told not through dialogue, but through various UI texts, upgrade descriptions, and of course, gameplay. After surviving your first day, the mood of your citizens stands at "99.9% optimism" and a message appears above your score for the day, "apocalypse averted!" You'll be seeing this message often, hopefully. The music is fairly energetic, optimistic even. You get your choice of upgrades, and even the opportunity to buy more nukes, which act both as a sort of currency and also your greatest means of survival. The citizens of your city propose a revised quarterly spending forecast to ensure fiscal responsibility post-invasion. By the end of the first week the international arms market collapses, leaving you with the options of either producing your own stockpile or risking your chances with cheap, unreliable nukes taken from unknown sources. By the time you reach the mid-game the music is more intense, the waves of invaders become more difficult to hold back. "99.9% optimism" turns into "78.4% pessimism." However, at this point you might have a decent stockpile of nukes, and you might even think you'll have a chance at surviving! That is, until you reach the end game. The music shifts into oppressive ambience as the invaders no longer hold back. "78.4% pessimism" simply turns into "widespread panic." The "apocalypse averted" now becomes "how are we still here?" As your nuclear stockpile dwindles the music changes once more - heavily distorted classical music blares as the invaders now attack in unmanageable waves. There's a weird sort of almost calm despite the chaos on screen as a bright red "DEPLETED" text flashes next to your crosshairs. You've done everything you could and now it's time to watch Utopia fall. The music swells as the last remaining nuclear fireballs fade into the black like fireworks as the city celebrates its last night. The city erupts in slow motion as the camera zooms in, showing personal items mixed in with the debris - a potted plant, a guitar, an umbrella. Eventually the camera comes to rest as a single button is displayed: [ACCEPT] And then after that you immediately hit restart to do another run because actually no the way you died was total BS and this time you'll totally get a higher score and- 10/10 would let utopia fall over and over again also this soundtrack has absolutely zero right to be as good as it is
This is definitely the true sequal to missile command. Its only early access, but its got a lot. The effects and sound are amazing. Definitely worth the price.
Time flies while playing this great game!
Very fun
losing feels random which is not good! feeling like you cant do anything to change your fate is not good!
To be honest I could definitely like to see more weapons and stuff, maybe rocket barrage that you have to click to unleash stockpiled load that increases over time in one go idk
