Usurper: Soulbound

I've been playing Usurper: Soulbound for about 2 hours as of know, and it truly is a tough game :D I didn't really make it that far, but I do like the concept of taking over bodies and making your way through dungeons a lot. You do need some frustration tolerance though!

Nice RPG action game. You will play as a hero who was sent to the next world. But the thirst to come back is stronger than death, so: improve your skills, intend your bodies and muzzle all enemies!!! The game is somewhat reminiscent of Dark Souls, but much more pleasant in the mechanics of passing. Definitely like it, the developers are handsome!

Usurper: Soulbound is a wonderful take on rougelike dungeon crawlers. It's not without its issues but I see amazing potential in it. I found it highly addictive and the usurp mechanic to be pretty refreshing and original. Combines elements of some of my favorite Action RPG's. Definitely something im happy to keep in my list and watch as it grows. Keep up the good work!

I was very disappointed to see bugs ruined my game early on. I enjoyed the demo, love the music and art design, and really actually liked the combat. But then intermittently during combat my attack wouldn't work, my stun wouldn't work, even when my stamina bar was full, causing me to die multiple times. If there was an in game reason I could not attack it wasn't apparent whatsoever to me. Great concept, maybe I will try back again in the future but for now I played 30 mins before it became unplayable. Too bad.

Usurper Soulbound is a fantastic Soulslike game that offers a challenging and engaging experience. The gameplay is top-notch, the Roguelite elements are well-implemented, and the graphics, while not exceptional, add to the overall atmosphere of the game. While the combat might be a bit slow for some, this is a minor drawback and is more than outweighed by the game's many strengths. If you're a fan of Soulslike games or Roguelites, Usurper Soulbound is definitely worth checking out.

+ Simplistic, but pleasant graphics. + Good music and sound accompaniment. + Good character development system, constant reinforcement of the hero as the game progresses. + Quite a few types of equipment. + It is possible to play in co-op.
