This is an excellent match 3 game. It has earnable power-ups, match 3 combo upgrades, and interesting challenging mechanics. These challenges are presented as bugs that need to be removed. Bugs can do different things like clog up the board, prevent tiles from moving, etc. There are helpful items, too, that help destroy bugs. Matching medkits charges up your powerups. A medkit with a symbol on it will supercharge that particular powerup. The theme is not disturbing or sickening at all. In fact, with every problem you cure on the patient, you can watch that part of the patient get better! This is actually quite satisfying. More so than saving the world, honestly, which seems so far fetched. It's quite addictive, and I want to bail on this review to finishing curing the patient (the ultimate goal, I believe). I always play on the harder difficulty, and this one is just two - timer or casual. The timer hasn't been an issue so far ... it just dictates how much extra points and cash is received for upgrade purchases. All in all, a very fun game! I am certian the next time I am sick I will dream about matching bugs in my head and medkits to cure what is wrong with me... ***UPDATED*** 35 hours of gameplay! It was pretty difficult near the end, and conserving the powerups proved valuable. A total value for the money.

When first this game visited upon my visage, I was but a mere child. But the character development of Mel as he deals with Total Disaster Syndrome shook me to my core and now I'm fully grown. The soundtrack inspires awe in the soul. The visuals bring me to tears-- tears of joy! Thank you, to whoever came up with this game, nay, this work of art. I wish to marry you.

It's a good matching puzzle game!

Excellent Match-3 game! One with a sense of humor, all the usual trickery, but very enjoyable with a save the patient theme. Not only clear out the usual fare, but also a bug and/or gunk count to finish a round.

A no nonsense, just plain fun match-3 with great cartoon style graphics. Even provides a bit of a challenge. Recommended for any Match-3 aficionado or casual player.

I remember this game from when i was a kid. its super simple but really fun and great at killing time
