Have you ever wanted to play the protagonist of a harem anime where you are a futanari legendary hero's sister
who is secretly a succubus
? Now is your chance. (You are a cis woman who becomes a futanari by default; you can also choose to be a femboy or trans fem; the only mandatory thing is you are petite, dress feminine, and you have a (very large) penis.) The harem VN plays pretty standard, with no big surprises or unusual fetishes. There is a bit of a cuck theme where the maids are ostensibly your brother's, but he can't have sex with them (or he'll lose his powers) and you can. (He pretty much deserves it though; he is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to you the entire time until he finally warms up a bit at the very end of the game.) Gaining affection is pretty easy, especially once the price of gifts becomes trivial. Everything is uncensored. All scenes are repeatable, which I appreciate; I prefer that to just having a "gallery" (it's sort of the difference between remembering something that happened and continuing an ongoing sexual relationship). All the partners are female, though a couple are futanari. Once you get far enough in the story, you can choose to either use mind-control powers on the maids or not; all the maids will have sex with you either way, so it seems a bit weird to bother, but I guess that's a fetish you can play with if you want. The animations aren't as polished as the character sprites (they look kind of unfinished honestly), but they still look good. The characters have distinct personalities, and are moderately well-developed; no prizes in literature here, but also not cardboard cutouts. You can dress them (and yourself) in different outfits, but there aren't very many choices here; it's mostly a choice of how much to undress them, really. The dialogue gets a little verbose at times, but it's competently written with no serious errors. The game also adds a dungeon-crawling mechanic, which is initially pretty compelling, then after awhile becomes trivialized by utterly unbalanced upgrades. (The pricing of upgrades is also absolute nonsense; the same benefit, say +5% damage, might literally cost you 1,000 gold or 100,000,000 gold, depending on where you buy it. (I am not joking; 100,000,000 gold; late-game, you'll literally see scientific notation.) And after a couple of in-game weeks, it's easy to get your damage to a state where you are one-shotting bosses for the first 100 floors. The Research upgrade tree is particularly pointless; everything is so overpriced that you only put resources into it because you have no other use for them. The city vendors also ramp up in prices too quickly; their first few upgrades are worth it (and with one of them will earn you a sex scene), but their prices grow exponentially for no apparent reason. The Manor, Forge, and Militia trees are better balanced, while the Enchantress and Alchemist trees are somewhere in between. The balance issues don't stop at pricing or damage. It's not difficult to get 100% success chance on most dungeon events (actually it'll display your raw score; I've seen as high as 460%). Chests are also very disappointing compared to loot bags once upgraded; you can pretty much avoid them without loss and just focus on killing enemies (which will also be trivially easy if you've been stacking your damage and crit chance properly). The dungeon-delving is still fun, though (and there are even sex scenes you can only unlock in the dungeon), just not particularly challenging once you have a decent amount of upgrades. You are always incentivized to visit the dungeon each night, because certain passive gains (like interest on your saved gold) only trigger when you visit the dungeon. Sometimes you end up just doing a floor or two and then leaving to get those effects triggered. Overall, I think this is a good game that could have been even better with a little more polish: The animations need an extra pass of shading, the prices and effects of upgrades need a lot of rebalancing, and some of the dialogue needs to be tightened up. Still, it's one of the better adult games out there, and it's not too expensive.
This one was fun. A little grindy, but not bad. The scenes are well done and the story is fun to go through.
Not bad
What a great story. I had the feeling that the dungeon mini game felt irrelevant in a way, especially how it could help progress through the storyline, but it still was enjoyable. And overall, the rest and all of it is alright.
In this era of increased censorship of adult oriented games, I’ve been wanting to branch out and review games I usually enjoy a bit on the side privately. After reviewing a nsfw game poorly I felt I needed to go back and talk about one I found incredibly fun in more detail, though this review comes way after I finished it instead of right after so forgive me if the details are more fuzzy. My actual time in it has to be around 10-15 hours but mostly played offline on my laptop. If you doubt me, well I do have every achievement, not that they’re hard to get. That said, I came to this game because I already followed mdf-an, a nsfw artist on twitter at the time. They promoted this game (which gave me the impression that it was with mdf-ans consent if I find out its not I will be editing this review because ♥♥♥♥ that) as using their art as a baseline which brought me here and then seeing Hella Yuri marking it as yuri an that there was a trans option I gave it a shot. I was consistently surprised by how much I liked it. While the fact that you can play a trans woman instead of the deeply problematic futa trope was a big win for me. It's not much of an alteration, though when it came up it was a warm and welcome change. Primarily this game is divided into 2 routes, one is your classic corruption story, I did not do this one and thus idk anything about it. The other one is a story themed more about healing and self actualization. You're put into the shoes of the sister of the great hero, weak, unimportant, honestly disdained by your brother due to lore reasons. You then get cursed by the demon queen, sex curse stuff, need help from the maids regularly, it's a convoluted way to get you into bed with them early, but primarily what you do is win them over by, and the game is very clear about this, is genuinely caring about them as people outside of what they do for you. Genuinely, taking this weird toxic maid and hero system, and side stepping it, asking, investing in, and genuinely promoting these women self actualize. You push them to move beyond this toxic relationship with the hero and ask, what do you want? Meanwhile you try, even in the end succeeding in addressing and helping your brother get over his toxic masculinity. Eventually helping himself actualize by the end as well that this system was not his choice and not making him happy, healing this family. While yes there is a ntr bent to how you do this, it is a porn game, but it's clear how much you care about them. It's also nice that while you form this poly collection of girlfriends it's not exclusive for them either. Your wizard has a long term girlfriend, you don’t stop any of the girls if they want more from life and you discuss that it's not a monogamous thing with any of them. This is added with a taste of things such as concepts of military industrial complexes, religious dogma and othering. Often healing long term anger between the surface and underworld, and realizing the demonic isn’t evil, just different. There are some moments in the story however where scenes feel like they aren't properly written for the route you're on. Most of the time my girl was pro-social, kind, empathetic, and wanted what's best for everyone, but in some scenes it was written like you're suddenly on the corruption story line with you acting surprisingly manipulatively and frankly ♥♥♥♥♥♥. This runs against the current of the good play through and honestly isn’t that common but it happens and I think the writing could have used another read through. That said, the writing compelled me all the way to the end, I was genuinely hooked to learn more about these characters and super hype for the finale which I was not disappointed with. Now the other half of the game is this sorta classic dungeon crawl that honestly mechanically reminded me more of trying to go deep into tartarus in p3. It's all about mana management, and winning fights effectively using elemental combinations. It's not that complicated and many may find it repetitive or even boring, I found it however strangely meditative and would genuinely sink hours into it. There is of course the question, is the sex and nsfw content good? Well mdf-an’s art is hot as hell and the context the story adds often just improves it. Caring about characters will just make sexual content more enjoyable, more romantic, and often more titillating. That said while mdf-an’s art is gorgeous and stylish carrying this almost airy sketchy beauty, TwistedScarlett60’s art just does not carry the same heft and is almost disappointing in the face of how well mdf-an’s art looks whenever a character is a twisted original. There is an alternate universe where this contained a ton of commissioned art from mdf-an, and it's a better world. Yet, still, I won’t pretend many of the scenes and kinks didn’t have my cheeks flush even if not all did. Now speaking of art the big haunting question is still up in the air. I’ve seen reviews and comments of people saying there is a ton of AI art in this game. I don’t have the eye to spot it if there is, but it would be incredibly disappointing if that was the case. If I find confirmation of that I will edit this review to include it, but the lack of disclosure that AI art is used alone is reason to flip this review if it is. Commission your damn artists people, your stuff will always have more soul and style that way even ignoring the massive ethical issues. Overall, genuinely a really compelling rpg with hot scenes and some genuine soul. If you're into adult games that explore bigger themes and can handle some of the kinkier stuff, go for it.

Pretty good, but grindy
Did a full 100% complete run. The art is what makes the game shine. The audio is okay, nothing to write home about. The writing is alright, about par for the course really. The decision to murder Kane the hero at the end, if you actually choose to eliminate him, could have been written to be more consequential; As-is, nobody bats an eyelash that you murder this guy in cold blood. Like... yes, he's a ♥♥♥♥ throughout the game, but even then, he doesn't do anything that deserves for everyone, especially all of these ostensibly good aligned characters, to collectively eyeroll and gloss over his execution. The actual dungeon system is okay-ish, though really only seems to serve to time gate certain aspects of the game and introduce extra NPCs for additional lewds. The upgrade system is somewhat tedious and really has no true bearing on the game except to trigger events after you hit a certain number of floors (You'll unlock everything by floor 500). The militia tree is completely superfluous outside of if you're filling it out for the sake of it. The only possible reason you'd ever need to get to research lvl 500 is for the sake of being a completionist. There is a new dungeon + function in the game, but it doesn't seem to add literally anything. The system of upgrading your maids and using them as a means of bulldozing your way through dungeon content is an interesting concept, and I like how this is executed, though as mentioned above with the dungeon content, the actual utility of this mechanic is underused except to gate further content. I can't help but feel like this would have been better as a tactics fire-emblem-esque game than what it is. The RPG elements feel underutilized overall. Overall not bad. Worth buying, preferably on sale.
