Actually a playable game, for what it is. Better download the appropriate patches, tho.

It's [i]okay[/i]; great sprite work, but falls off hard beyond that: stiff, clunky, with woefully ineffective spells and skills beyond niche usage, worsened by the castle's difficulty spike, and an utterly grating to listen to voiced protagonist that most unfortunately can't be muted. If you want an adult metroidvania more worthy of your time, play Grimhelm's [i]Alien Quest EVE[/i] instead; it blows [i]UnHolY DisAsTeR[/i] clear out of the water without trying.

The game has nice scenes and interesting gameplay but . But when I press escape, it completely exits the game, you can't adjust the buttons. When you die, it doesn't let you go from the last save, but from the menu. The game has more achievements inside than outside and quite a bit of mindless grinding. There is no cloud save either. The game is not bad, but it could be improved a little for a fairly old game. With a big discount, the game is good, but not for a positive review.
