About

As a franchisee of Endwell medical you are entrusted to establish and run a successful medical facility – delivering ever increasing profits for corporate HQ.

Establish a local subsidiary of the Endswell Medical Corporation. With multiple locations for your franchise to be located in, each biome will have new unique features that will keep things fresh while offering different challenges.

You will need to build and expand your offices and research facilities. Hire & manage your staff effectively to maximise efficiency. To satisfy Corporate HQ you will need to ensure you are delivering ever greater profits, legitimate business will only earn you so much – if you want to truly excel you will need to push the boundaries of science and medicine. Leave ethics at the door and research illegal bacteria & viruses to help develop cutting edge treatments and bioweapons.
Stay in control of your operation and make sure business runs smoothly. Manage suspicion levels by ensuring your staff are loyal, bribe or intimidate politicians & local officials, keep the police off your back and stay one step ahead of your rivals.
Pushing boundaries can be dangerous – ensure you keep hazardous activities in check by providing staff with adequate PPE and safety protocols, keep external interference away and if needed make sure your director is on hand to keep any mishaps ‘in house’.

Losing control is a matter of when, not if… When the time comes, ensure you are ready. Gather any trusted staff, as much money research you can carry and make your way to the extraction point before it’s too late. Anything gathered will be of great use in your next franchise…
Remember; All’s Well, that Endswell…

Apparently abandoned by devs shortly after release? In what is widely considered to be an unplayable state? Really neat idea but so many things go totally unexplained by the tutorial and I can't tell if the game is bugging or if I'm missing something important. I'm stopping playing because I can't do any advanced research and the black market has stopped updating so I can't make any more progress. I feel like I barely scratched the surface of what is here but I just don't know what to do. Bummer!
RIP.
Have you ever feel that one game would be great, that it has everything to be one of your favourite games but it's just so... bad? Well, this game is this to me. It's a company managment game about a pharmaceutical company without fears of getting their feet on the illegal side of things (think Monsanto after acquiring Blackwater). The music is good, simplistic but it goes with the game. The art is excellent, dark and comic like, the city looks very good. The worldbuilding is a 10/10, all the company research paths are ingenious and fun, the idea of how the company works and how your employees and clients interact with the company, which in turn have to respond to a board of directors always asking for more and more money, which in turn force you to go down the illegal path, betraying the trust of employees and clients, are also good, the story, as little as there is, is very good. So bad then that the game itself is so atrocious!!! There are bugs everywhere, my first three games I lost them because while I was working with the underground part, the doctors got stuck on one client and stopped delivering money. The game crashed 5 times in the time I have played it. Buildings have to be recycled because they suddenly stop working. The employees have two "tired" stats, both means the same, with exhaustion they have to sleep, with stamina they have to drink coffee. This system is so badly made that it's frustrating: both drains so fast that if you get a 25% work day for one fully leveled employee is a lot. Sometime the employee leaves the work to have a coffee because stamina drained, then get back to work for two seconds to leave to go to sleep because exhaustion drained. This is much worse on the black market building, where if it's not manually managed, it can last a week before you got one order to work with. And then, orders last five hours, so if you don't have the items already produced, there is NO WAY to make them at the moment. The research path that I say was good and fun? It's also completely shallow. Plant research is only one item, soldiers engineer is only one stim pack research, animal research is the worst, with so many things to play here, you can only put weapons on big animals, weapon bear, gorilla or wolf. The equipment managment and production part is so badly made, you can't see what is being produced in the moment, have to enter every item in queue to see if that is the one made at that moment. If you want to build several items in group, you have to set it manually everytime you start the production. XCOM: UFO Defense had a much better building systems and it is a 1994 game. The only thing that I wanted to trigger that couldn't before abandoning was the zombie outbreak, but I think that it will be a deception as everything else here. What a dissapointment.
The game is cool and the idea is good. but it would be cool to add the ability to make additional floors on top and underground floors below. The size of the room that will be on the floors can be selected: 1x1, 2x1, 2x2. and underground floors will be legal since they are not considered an underground level. Also, in the game settings, you will need to disable the underground level (so that there are no underground places underground where gangs still live), otherwise it will be impossible to build underground floors. also all floors must be built with the support of technicians so that nothing goes wrong.. developers add this to the game please
I can't believe Team17 published this. The AI is brain dead, the repairmen need a consumable to repair buildings, they just stand there doing nothing when nothing needs repair even if they have 0 in their inventory and the storage is fully stocked, the consumable is a drone that they can hold 5 of, and it autoreplenishes in its storage for no cost....... The autosave is a mess it will not save every day and if you want to quit the game and come back later you can lose several days of progress which wouldn't be so annoying if the UI weren't so bad that it slowed you down at every turn, equipping items on individual staff is a nightmare, and you can't indicate limits for npcs or areas, if you build a resting lounge for a group of npcs working underground which is illegal, anyone will go to it, even if its far away, and every NPC remembers every illegal thing it sees, so you have your own staff running around the place for no reason just to reach a building that is far away from their workplace. The game is clearly early access and only has a handful of levels, almost no content, the content it does have is not optimised at all, and its not even tagged as EA despite being clearly unfinished. I bought it at a discount for less than 10 usd, I wouldn't even pay 2 dollars now.
Crashed twice. Game feels extremely unfinished.
Complete Buggy Cashgrab
Abandoned But such a good idea for a game
这操作确实难受 但游戏非常有创意,可以感受到制造者对游戏的热爱
