Short and sweet game, I completed it in one 3-hours-long sitting. The story has some very nice twists I didn't see coming and the gameplay is simple and snappy. I didn't find it frustrating at all, even if I had to repeat some of the boss fights. After clearing the 5 main story chapters there isn't much else to do. The game could have used an infinite mode as an extra, similar to a certain late section of Chapter 4, but I got exactly what I wanted from the main mode, so it's fine. The connection between Chapter 4 and 5 was somewhat unexplained and left to imagination, as well as the fate of a certain character. But, overall, it was totally worth playing. The end of Chapter 4 is fairly heartwrenching, so be warned. The game has a couple of negative sides: * if you want to replay any chapter, you can't skip any cutscene. I wish there was a way to just go again through the gameplay segments * there is no way to select which part of a chapter to start from after completing it. This would be have been great for Chapter 4, which is very long and has one interesting gameplay segment I wanted to go through again, but I don't want to replay all of it just for that. * once you start a chapter, there is no way to go back to the chapter selection screen. If you go back to the main menu and select Main Mode again, the chapter you left resumes automatically from where you left it. I had a good time with it, I just wish it had some extra QoL that made repeated playthroughs smoother.

I bought it to play arcade bullet hell and didn’t really expect much of any story. But very quickly, I found myself playing it for the story and not the arcade bullet hell.

后末日百合主题+独特的射击玩法。总共5个章节，很短，每个章节各有一个POV人物，代入感很强。多个不同POV的章节构成多线叙事方式，让人不由得期待接下来的剧情将会如何发展。 第四章的剧情展开极其致郁、令人窒息，结尾稍显宽慰，但总体主题还是比较沉重的。有点EVA的感觉，但比那个后劲更大。 是剧情顶级的好游戏，在steam上难得一见。 10/10好评！

壮大で激熱なSF百合ノベル、大変良かった……。 ぶっ飛んだキャラや世界観、シナリオも面白く、プレイ時間に対しての満足度が高い。 STG部分は爽快なBGMが気持ち良く、簡単とはいえ操作してて楽しい難易度だし、お話に上手く組み込まれていてよかった。 あとキャラの立ち絵がめちゃくちゃ可愛い。色々と癖に刺さる人は刺さるかもしれない。 製作者の独特な世界観を気に入った方は、前作の『MOMIBOSU』もおすすめ。 歯ごたえのある精密プラットフォーマーではあるが、アクション面もシナリオも良く出来ていて面白かった。

Ну это был интересный опыт. ULTRA0 это довольно коротенький shmup, который уникален тем, что он полностью про сюжет. А сюжет полностью про эмоции (в основном любовь между девочками). Мне в целом понравилось. Геймплей простенький и только 1 уровень по моим ощущениям был раза в 3 дольше, чем он должен быть (да, его суть была в том, что бы показать как долго героиня сражается, но разнообразия врагов уж слишком мало в игре для этого). Вот дизайны и музыка мне очень понравились. Диалоги тоже в принципе интересные. Вся игра проходится за часа 3-4. Что для такой цены в принципе норм. Опять же, эта игра берёт тем, что она необычная. Хотя раскрытия мира и хотелось бы больше. Прям львиная доля сюжета к "ну такая технология просто есть, вот это просто существует". Но в целом, тут больше на эмоции и юри давят, что тоже не плохо. Визуал и звуковое сопровождение это прям конфетка по моему мнению. На стимдеке идёт и выглядит великолепно. Буду теперь следить за работами этой студии. Всё же тут явно прям персональный проект, без попытки повторить что-то успешное, а это сейчас редкость.
