没有交通概念的城建游戏，难点是随着时间推移，刁民对生活的需求在一步步的上升，从最开始的一个酒吧一个陋室就能欢欢乐乐过日子到后期要大豪斯，要一系列配套娱乐设施，否则就起义。为了满足后期的公共开支，需要产业升级，如最开始那样光卖初级农产品是不足以维持刁民想要的现代生活的。产业升级对应的是高收入人群，这些刁民就需要更好的生活条件，如此循环。
