TRIBES 3: Rivals

This game is extremely fun even as a Tribes veteran, but... Prophecy Games (Hi-Rez Studios) should seriously be reprimanded by Steam for this scam. They released this game in early access after Starsiege: Deadzone didn't do well and so now that they made a quick buck from this they are now using to promote Deadzone: Rogue, removing Starsiege: Deadzone and abandoning Tribes 3 completely. It's obvious what they are doing. Anyway, rant over.

developers used this as a money grab for another totally unrelated game, dont buy it and dont support them

Servers are dead, just like the development. Just another Hi-rez abandonware game go play midair 1/2, or wait for the game 'Broadside'(made by community members, not hi-rez) to come out instead

This game was just Tribes Ascend remarketed again. charged money for, just like tribes ascend. then abandoned just as fast. Hi Rez studios should be reprimanded or even banned from having any of their games on steam.

What an annoying game. What is here is the best Tribes game ever made and the devs don't care about it. They don't care about it to the point that the in game discord doesn't even have moderators. It is well and fully abandoned. Yet, all the same I recommend it. It's dead, it's unsupported, and it's the best Tribes game since 2. Hell, it's better than 2. There's almost no love for the setting, no love for the factions, no love for what it originally was but, hot damn, is it a good game. I doubt there's any saving Tribes 3. The devs recycled Starsiege Deadzone into Deadzone Rogue. That tells you how much love they have for the setting. However, what's here is a damn good game. If you can entertain yourself with bots, it's great. There is even a pretty active comp community However, don't expect any more. Not even mods. If you want more Tribes, play Tribes 2. Damn shame how this has been treated.
