Although it’s a relaxing game, it’s missing that satisfying feeling of placing every item exactly where it belongs. The main goal is to sort a huge pile of toys scattered in the middle of the store into different sections, such as toy vehicles, dragons, plushies, and more. Most of the time, it’s obvious where a toy should go as soon as you pick it up. You can also grab several toys at once, even if they belong to different categories or sections. The only limitation is that you can carry a maximum of nine items, but you get to carry more as you complete collections. The biggest issue is that toys don’t have a specific place on the shelves and can be placed anywhere within their section. While this might sound like a convenient feature, it removes a lot of the satisfaction. You can simply drop all the toys in one corner of a section, and the game will still count them as correctly sorted. Instead of turning one massive mess into an organized store, you’re basically creating several smaller piles of clutter in different areas. Thankfully, one ability with a one minute cooldown makes the whole process much more manageable. When you pick up a toy, activating this ability automatically pulls every identical copy of that toy toward you. The number of copies is shown next to the toy’s name, so if a toy has nine copies, you can quickly collect all of them and finish sorting that type without much effort. Some toys have fewer copies, and some appear only once, which makes those much easier to handle. However, certain toys have more than nine copies, and that can become slightly annoying. The ability pulls random copies, including toys you may have already placed in the correct section. To avoid filling up your inventory with unnecessary items, you need to quickly drop toys the moment they start flying toward you. As long as you keep at least one free slot available, you’ll eventually collect every copy. Of course, this isn’t a problem if you focus on a single collection and increase your carry limit. There is one major problem that can ruin your progress. Sometimes, for no obvious reason, toys you already placed will disappear from their sections and respawn back in the center of the main pile. I assume this happens because of overlapping objects or placing too many items too close together. To avoid unnecessary frustration, it’s best to clear the center area first so you can easily notice when something goes missing. The game saves when you exit, but it also resets carry limit and tutorial messages. However, you can fix this easily by picking and dropping an item in competed sections to get the carry limit back. As for achievements, they work for individual sections, but the last one for cleaning the entire shop appears to be broken. By playing smart and focusing on one toy type and its variants at a time, you can clean up the store in a reasonable amount of time. However, even though you can spend extra effort arranging everything neatly on the shelves, it ultimately feels pointless because the game doesn’t reward that level of organization. Personally, that’s the part I find most disappointing, because the simple act of creating a perfectly arranged store could have been the most satisfying part of the experience.
The game itself has nice toys, but too much is wrong with this. I am not a critical gamer, and I do not often give negative reviews. However, with the current pricetag, the content, and the state of the game its fair to give fellow ''organize the store'' friends and new users a fair warning: This is not what you are looking for. The game basically throws you into this huge toystore and you get to sort 1274 items! To any sane soul you'd be like: YEAH! I gotta admit, I am not yeah-ing. Because if you look at Tidy up the arcane library, supermarket chaos, or the other toy store which i recommend better then this one, you kinda notice you get ONE map of just 1274 toys. At some point this would've been a challenge, but alas not for me after playing the other organize store games. It just feels too little. Too little items. And there is another gaping issue.... The dev got rid of the satisfying aspect by just letting you put all the toys randomly. If you like this, go you happy bean. But I am not liking this. Nooo, i actually strongly advise if you have OCD or anything like maybe also autism or a form of where everything NEEDS their own spot, run. I mean, dont get the game. No need to actual run. I didnt mind the wild mode in the other toystore game, but in this once its just the placing on shelves. None of them snap, and for some reason this upsets my brain greatly. I love the snapping and seening a item PROPERLY fit on the shelf. It is as if watching a christmas movie and the fundraiser to save the family barn was sucessful. I don't know if this makes sense, but if you know, you undoubtly know. 5 euros is a fair price for shelves and sorcery, supermarket chaos, and toykeeper as these devs are perhaps not perfect either, but they regularly do bug fixes, toykeeper adds even new maps sometimes, and Supermarket is also working pretty hard. I am not calling this dev lazy but i’ve yet to notice any meaningful updates and plans beyond you know, the bug fixes. Like is it just over like that? Fine with me, tbh. As I said; it wasnt nearly as satisfying as I hoped it wouldve been and toys also vanished sometimes, causing great panic attacks for me in a game that was supposed to distract me from my negative thoughts, not encourage them xD. Anyhow, if you think ‘’WELL BOBABOOS, THIS IS JUST WHAT IM LOOKIN FOR’’ go wild, bestie! Go get it! But here's the reason why I personally would avoid this one.
In a nutshell - AI slopbox. Developers did not bother playtesting this game, because from the first seconds of the game in lang selection menu there is a bug - overlay does not block mouseclicks and main menu buttons all clickable through the 'mist' of overlay. - Every toy asset is AI generated. - Pictures on walls are slop as well, (hello excessive icons and truck with a radiator instead of a windshield) - UI is not intuitive and utterly inconsistent in its style, fonts are hard to read. - It is painful to look at a pile of toys in the middle, colors are too harsh, overall area is overlit. - Player shadow is totally unnecessary, looks like the dude is walking naked. - Of course ceiling does not deserve even a box collider, because who`s gonna throw things upwards. - This game is meant to be relaxing but the more you play the more disturbed you feel, like in horror movies where people live in shiny simulation of happiness but sinister things happen behind the curtains. I can go on and on but there is no point. Verdict: Good idea but extremely poor and lazy implementation. Not worth playing.

It doesn't play like one of the organizing/tidy up other games. There's no autoplacement of stuff and you have to manually place everything yourself. No power ups or anything. I may come back to this if they make it more of a proper one.
I'm very sorry, but this one just is not captivating, motivating or satisfying at all. Tons of toys to place, resize, and arrange however you like, but the lack of structure, goals, and progression made it less motivating. More a decorating game than a shelving game. Which I guess works if you're into that, but not the current shelving trend it's marketed as.
