About
TOWER TAG isn't just another VR shooter—it’s a dynamic cyber-sport experience. From over 200 VR arcades worldwide, we bring the intuitive movement and tactical depth directly to your home.
Say goodbye to motion sickness. Our intuitive grappling hook mechanic makes rapid movement feel completely natural. Swing from tower to tower, maintain your orientation, and focus entirely on the fight. Speed is your ally, and surprise is your weapon.
We kept the controls intentionally simple to maximize immersion. In TOWER TAG, you don’t just control a character—you are the character.
Physical Cover: Use your real-world space! Duck behind towers, lean out for the perfect shot, and dodge enemy lasers with your own body.
Safe Space: The game is designed to allow safe and free movement, even in smaller play spaces ("Small Room Scale").
Team up, capture towers, and control the arena. It’s not just about reflexes; it’s about tactical precision.
Map Control: Capturing towers grants you cover and opens up new movement routes.
Teamplay: Coordinate with your squad to flank enemies or lure them into traps.

Seamless Multiplayer: Enjoy Quick Match and Custom Matches. Always find a match!
Modes for Every Style: Choose from three intense game modes:
Deathmatch: The classic—Free-for-all or Team vs. Team.
Elimination: Survival of the fittest.
Goal Tower: A tactical mode focused on area control and objective capture.
Match Variety: Whether it's intense 1v1 duels, 2v2, 3v3, or chaotic 4v4 battles—anything goes.
Intelligent Bots: No players online or just want to train? Practice against adaptive AI opponents that will genuinely challenge you.
Ranked Play: Show the world your skills and climb the global leaderboards.
Extended Immersion: Full support for bHaptics vests to let you feel every hit.
Jump into our official Tower Tag Discord to connect with other players, join tournaments, and share feedback directly with the devs. As well as for external match making, feedback, roadmap and support please join our constantly growing "Tower Tag" community on Discord (See on the right side).
nice game, makes a lot of fun, but where is the sexy girl in the catsuit in the game :D like in the advertising video ???
Tower Tag is a VR Pvp shooter game, with a grappling hook locomotion method. It worked on my Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Does also have bots that can fill in for teammates and opposition. Up to eight people can play in session. I got this game for free some how. Might be worth a buy if you like playing PvP shooter games in VR.
Fun laser tag game. I like the movement mechanic. Not to mention, and I know only a few people have one, the support for bHaptics vests! I use the X40 and I really feel like it adds something. Absolutely enjoying the game! I just wish there were more people playing.
Tower Tag is a surprisingly simple VR game. There are only three mechanics: shoot people, grapple towers to take control of the map and move, and grapple allies to heal them. But from this very basic template springs forth a lot of strategic depth. Because players can teleport between nearby towers, the tension between firing on your opponents and taking towers to set up a flank is palpable. Taking enemy towers and healing allies uses the same energy needed to shoot your gun, so if you don't rest after unloading a full clip you'll be taking the map and healing at half-speed or worse. This is a VR game designed to be simple enough for anyone to learn but with a high enough skill threshold to be a competitive E-sport. The Discord community is very friendly and active, and there are even sponsored tournaments with small cash prizes. At the time of writing, the last two tournaments were "mix" events pairing very experienced players with new players, and events like that are very promising for building up what is a (very) small community. A few caveats: If you're not on Discord, you're going to have a hard time finding a match. The most active playerbase is European, and they tend to play between 10AM and 1PM PST. Also the game sometimes glitches when starting matches with one or more high ping players, and the only way to recover is to completely reboot the game. If you're looking for some casual, shoot-em-up fun you can play any time, I would recommend you check out the excellent Blaston first. But if you're looking for a team sport, or if you're looking to cut your teeth and refine your skill with a friendly (and competitive!) community, Tower Tag is a great choice.
Join the discord if you can't find active players. Great community of players that meet up regularly.
Simple concept that makes for a fun, easy to play vr game! The downside to this right now is there aren't many players so you mostly fight bots. If more people played this the game would become dramatically more fun, please give this one a shot!
I got this when it first came out and there were tons of people online playing it. I also got it on quest but it seems no one is online playing it as much anymore.
I haven't played in forever but the game is really fun if you have the room to play.
Could be a big esport if it got some serious investment/sponsorship and if VR took off more.
